Shure A50D is a flexible yet sturdy microphone drum mount that provides stability and ease of installation. It fits any standard microphone clip with the included 5/8-inch to 3/8-inch thread adapter. The mount's lower jaw is placed under the drum rim and the groove in its upper lip clicks into place over the top of the drum rim, ensuring a secure fit. To attach a microphone, insert the thread adapter into the bottom of the mic clip, screw it clockwise until flush, position the mic clip over the mount's thumbscrew, and turn the thumbscrew clockwise to firmly attach the mic clip to the mount.
