EdgeStar DEP701EW is a portable dehumidifier designed for domestic indoor use only. It is meant to remove moisture from the air by condensation removal and collecting the water in a removable bucket, or draining into a drain hose that can be routed to a drain hole on the floor or condensate pump. The unit is most effective in contained rooms and has little or no effect on adjacent enclosed rooms unless there is enough circulation of air in and out of the enclosed area. The unit is designed to work in temperatures between 41°F and 95°F.
