Luxor LLTM30-B-KP Operating instructions

  • Hello! I'm here to assist you with your Touchboards Charging Cart. I've reviewed the instructions manual, so I'm familiar with setting up the keypad lock, programming a custom password, and understanding the alarm and low battery features. Feel free to ask me anything about the instructions or the operation of your device.
  • What is the factory default password?
How do I change the password?
What happens if I enter the wrong password multiple times?
What should I do when the batteries are low?

Required
First Time Set Up:
The keypad unit will come unpowered. Included with this kit is an emergency power supply—connect the
emergency power supply to the emergency power socket on the side of the keypad. Press "0" then press "OK".
When the keypad makes a single beep, rotate the door handle to the "OPEN" position.
Once open, install four AA batteries (not included) into the battery holder mounted to the inside of the door.
Disconnect the emergency power supply and store it in a safe location.
Setting Up a Password:
Passwords can be between 1-15 digits and will be stored in the keypad’s memory even after a power failure.
The factory default password is "0". To change the default password, simply input the old password ("0"), press
"C", input the new password, and then press "OK". The unit will beep once to confirm a successful password
change.
Opening and Locking the Door:
Enter the password and press "OK". The unit will beep once confirming the correct password; rotate the knob to
the "OPEN" position (if the knob isn’t turned before the indicator light turns off, the password will have to be
entered again). If the wrong password is entered the unit will beep twice, indicating an incorrect password was
used.
To lock the door simply rotate the knob from the "OPEN" position to the "LOCK" position.
Alarm:
If the incorrect password is entered four times in a row, the unit's alarm will sound for 60 seconds or until the
correct password is entered.
Low Battery Power:
When the unit’s batteries are dying, the unit will beep three times after operating. The lock can still be opened
around 300 times, but replace the batteries as soon as possible. If the lock will not open, insert the emergency
power supply into the side of the keypad to open the door and replace batteries.
Reseting to Factory:
If you would like to reset or change the unit's password, open the door and press the "RESET" button to restore
the password to the factory default ("0"). If the unit is locked and the password cannot be retrieved, contact the
supplier for a decoding master password and then perform a factory "RESET" on the unit to set up a new
password.
KEEP YOUR UNIT’S PASSWORD IN A SAFE SECURE PLACE.
