ACTAtek HT-2200 is a Lithium Ion Polymer Rechargeable Battery that provides DC 12 V and has a capacity of 1100mAh. It features a variety of functions, including:

WARNING
z Disconnect from load before cleaning. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
z Do not expose the battery to liquid or moisture or humidity.
z Do not expose the battery to extremely high or low temperatures.
z Disposal of battery in a fire may cause explosion.
z Do not short-circuit the battery. Do not let the metal contacts on the battery
touch another metal object.
z Do not drop, throw the battery. It may explode if damaged.
z Disassembling or dismantling the battery will release electrolytes which are
toxic in nature and harmful for skin and eyes.
z There are no user-serviceable parts inside. For service, please contact
ACTAtek Pte Limited.
CAUTION
z The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, but it will
eventually wear out.
z For best results, charge the battery for 4 hours before the first use.
z The battery should only be charged in temperatures between +5°C (+41°F) and
+45°C (+113°F)
z Using chargers other than the given one might be dangerous for battery.
z Unplug the charger from the power socket and battery when not in use.
z Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to the charger, since
overcharging may shorten its lifetime. If left unused, a fully charged battery
will lose its charge over time.
z Use the battery for the intended purpose only.
z Do not use any damaged battery or charger.
z If the battery is not been used, recharge it every 3 months to ensure its lifetime.
DISPOSAL
z Dispose the battery according to local regulations.
z Do not dispose battery or charger as household waste.
z Use a battery disposal facility, if available.

OPERATION
Safety feature
The battery has a safety feature that it automatically shuts down to protect from short-circuit or
overloading. Under this circumstance, the battery needs to be re-activated.
Press the test button to check charge level indicator (LED1 – 5)
1. If all indicators lights are off means the battery has shut down and requires to be
activated.
2. If some of indicators lights stay on means the battery is normal.
Steps to re-activate the battery
Connect the charger to an electrical outlet. Connect the battery to its charger, the charge level
and charge indicator will illuminate. Hold the recharging for at least 5 seconds. Disconnect it
from the charger. Press the test button again. The charge level indicator illuminates and the
battery is activated successfully.
Charging
Connect the charger to an electrical outlet and the charger cable to the socket on the battery. The
charger indicator LED displays red during charging. When the battery is fully charged, then all
LED indication lights will turn green.
Discharging
Connect the battery to ACTAtek; Press the test button to start the discharging, the battery will
start supplying power to ACTAtek. The discharging will stop automatically when the defined
discharge period is over. Please refer to the user guide of Battery
Configuration Tool.
When charge level goes less than 10%, the charge level LED 1
will blink until the battery automatically shuts down from energy
exhaustion or disconnect from ACTAtek.

Charge Level
Press the test button to check the battery charge level if it is not being charged. The appropriate
charge level indicator LED will illuminate for 5 seconds as shown below.

Note the model number of the battery, the serial number, and the date purchased, before you
call ACTAtek Customer Service. A technician will ask you to describe the problem and try to
solve it over the phone. If the problem persists, the technician will issue a RMA number. You
can return the defective battery to ACTAtek Pte Limited.
2, If the Battery is under warranty, repairs are free. If not, there is a repair charge.
3, Pack the battery properly and carefully to avoid damage in transit. Damage sustained in
transit is not covered under warranty. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
LIMITED WARRANTY
ACTAtek Pte Limited warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of six months from the date of purchase. Its obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing
or replacing, at its own sole option, any such defective products. To obtain service under warranty you
must obtain a RMA number from customer support. Products must be returned with transportation
charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of
date and place of purchase. This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged by
accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. This warranty applies
only to the original purchaser who must have properly registered the product within 10 days of purchase.
