2. Exittheprogram,reconnectthedeviceandstarttheprogram

again.

3. Makesurethatyouhaveinstalledthedriverproperly.

TheimagetakenandshownonthePCscreenis

blurred.

1. TheCMP-WEBCAM90mightbedroppedormovedaccidentally.

Trytoadjustthefocusagain.

2. Checkifthereisanythingstickingonthecameralens.Ifso,

cleanitwithasoftcloth.

Thepictureshasblackstripes. Whenusingthecameraindoors,makesuretheelectricfrequencyof

thelightingsystemdoesmatchthecameraspecs(50Hzor60Hz).

TheimagesturnsslowlywhenviewedinVGA

mode.

Thisisbecausethevolumeoftransmissiondataisgettingbigger

underVGAmode.Toimproveperformance,upgradingthecomputer

hardwareisrecommended.

Therearestripesorblackshadowsontheimage. Pleaseresetthedisplaylevelto24-bitsor32-bitstruecolor.

Noimageisturningupwhilerunningtheprograms. Pleaseclickthe“preview”underthe“options”section.
