stickers,protectivefoilorplasticfromthedevice.

• Alwaysweigh/usethescaleonahardandflatsurface.Whenyouare

measuring,pleasekeepstill.

• Itisadvisabletotakemeasurementatthesametimeofthedayandatthe

sameplace.

• Alwaysremoveyourshoesandsocks,itisadvisabletodiscardasmanyas

possibleclothing,wipecleanyourfeetbeforeusinganddrythemwell.

• Stepontheweighingplatformgentlyandwhenyouaremeasuring,

pleasekeepstill.
