1. Place a w eight ( Figure 1 ) onto eac h caster
wheel suppor t.

2. Place a U-bolt ( Figure 1 ) from the bottom of
eac h caster wheel suppor t through the w eight.
3. Secure eac h w eight with 2 flat w ashers and 2
loc kn uts (3/8 inc h) ( Figure 1 ).
