1. Introduction
Congratulations on purchasing a state of the art lighting fixture. This fixture uses
LED technology to illuminate industrial areas effectively, whilst minimising
maintenance and power consumption.
Every element of this fixture is optimised to generate greater efficiency than that
offered by conventional solutions, including metal halide and T5 fluorescent.
2. Installation
To avoid the risk of electric shock, fire or explosion, this fixture should be installed
by a qualified electrician in accordance with all applicable electrical codes.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. Make sure that the electrical power supply is
turned off during installation.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. This fixture must be connected to a wiring
system with an earth/ground conductor.
CAUTION: RISK OF PREMATURE FAILURE. Make sure that the supply voltage is the
same as the rated fixture voltage.
CAUTION: RISK OF PREMATURE FAILURE. Operation of the fixture in areas where
the ambient temperature exceeds the maximum rated operating temperature
will reduce the lifetime of the fixture.
CAUTION: RISK OF PREMATURE FAILURE. To ensure adequate cooling air
circulation, do not install the fixture in a confined space.
The recommended installation heights are: Low Bay < 6m and High Bay 6-12m.
Hook Mount
The fixture must be vertically suspended. The method of suspension (chain
etc) must be able to support at least 5 times the total weight of the fitting. Do
not install where wind will make the fitting swing about, causing wear and tear of
attachment points. Fixtures should be installed where access for maintenance is
practical and in accordance with any lighting design information provided
for the installation.

Tighten the M4 Lock Screw to
minimise the risk of
accidental unhooking of the
fitting.
Electrical Connection
Connect power cable conductors as follows:
- BROWN WIRE, labelled ‘L’, connects to LIVE.
- BLUE WIRE, labelled ‘N’, connects to NEUTRAL.
- GREEN/YELLOW wire, labelled ‘ ’, connects to EARTH / GROUND.
The High Bay is not equipped with a terminal block. For installation, please get
professional assistance.
- Terminal Block Specification
(a) Rated Voltage: 250V or above
(b) Rated Power: 10A or above
(c) 3 way bolt fastening type
- After connecting power line to the terminal block, ensure that the power line
makes secure contact with the fastening bolt or clamp and the power line is
securely fastened.

Bracket Mount
The bracket is provided separately to the fitting together with two M8 fixing bolts.
Fix the bracket to the fitting using the two bolts provided. Tighten the bolts to a
torque of 10-12 Nm.
The bracket is fixed to the wall or ceiling using the 4 mounting holes provided.
Please Note: It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that appropriate
hardware is used to fix the bracket.

3. Maintenance
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. No user serviceable parts inside the fixture.
Removal of the lens will void the warranty.
The lens must be cleaned periodically to ensure continued photometric
performance. The lens can be cleaned with mild soap of liquid cleaner. Do not
use an abrasive, strong alkaline, alcohol or acid cleaner as damage may occur.
Check the housing cooling fins to ensure they are free from obstruction of
contamination such as excessive dust build up. Clean with a non-abrasive cloth
if needed.
4. Model Numbering
AQXBYZZZAABB-EU
X indicates the optical configuration; L for Low Bay or H for High Bay;
Y indicates the mounting kit supplied; H for Hook Mount and B for Bracket Mount,
ZZZ indicates the electrical power consumed by the fitting; 090 = 90W, 165 =
165W etc.,
AA indicates the colour temperature of the light emitted by the fixture; 30 =
3000K, 57 = 5700K etc.

BB indicates the outer lens material; DA = Diffuse Acrylic, CA = Clear Acrylic, CP
= Clear Polycarbonate.
