• The Model 8773 is an automatic brewer with a faucet and tank heater "energy saver" switch.

This brewer requires a 120 VAC, 15 amp service.

• Model 8773 brews directly into an airpot dispenser.

• Follow the instructions in the 8712 manual to properly install and set-up the brewer.

• Model 8773 is factory set to deliver 64 oz. Of water. It may be necessary to adjust water volume

depending upon the size of the airpot used. Refer to water volume timer adjustment instructions in the

8712 manual.

• Operating components of Model 8773 are generally identical to those of Model 8712. Exceptions include

some modified body parts, and a different basin pan.
