c) If the equipment shows signs of damage caused by voltage fluctuations.
d) If there is evidence that the internal pieces of the equipment have been handled by personnel or service centers not authorized by
Huawei, or if they have been modified without Huawei's authorization.
e) If the product has been used under conditions other than normal conditions.
f) If the equipment, including the accessories and the battery, shows signs of having been exposed to liquid substances, humidity or high
temperature.
g) If generic pieces, accessories, batteries and/or chargers are used or if pieces, accessories, batteries and/or chargers of other brands or
having characteristics different from the specifications detailed in the User Manual are used.
h) If the product is used in networks other than those for which the equipment was originally manufactured.
i) If the warranty is not submitted by user together with the sales invoice.
j) If some Equipment pieces or accessories have been used in equipment other than the one stated in this warranty.
k) If the equipment does not bear the label including the product serial IDs or when these are illegible.
l) If the serial number/IMEI/MEID has been altered, removed or deleted.
WARRANTY DURATION
According to the law, the Warranty validity term will be twelve (12) months for the equipment unit and six (6) months for the battery,
charger, headphones and other accessories, counted as from the date of purchase of the product (“Warranty Period”). This Warranty is
applicable to all countries in Latin America. The following special policies apply according to the provisions set forth in the laws of each
country.
(1) Bolivia will offer a twelve-month warranty for the battery, the charger and other accessories according to the local laws in force. To check
whether your equipment belongs to an authorized agent and there is a warranty service in Bolivia, visit the following link

(2) Colombia offer a twelve-month warranty for the battery, the charger and other accessories according to local laws in force. The device
you just acquired is homologated. To download the homologation certificate we invite you to consult the following link:

Communications.
(3) Due to the equipment design, some devices may have no battery, charger or other accessories.
(4) Chile/Panama will offer a twelve-month warranty for the equipment unit and a six-month warranty for the battery and charger, and a
three-month warranty will be offered for other accessories according to the laws in force.
This warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased.
