Operation Manual
The BakeMax® Endurance Planetary Mixer provides durability, long life and
excellent mixing performance, all with an affordable price tag. They are safe,
easy to use and capable of a broad range of dough and food mixing applications.
Operation & Function
Standard power supply 120 V/ 60 HZ. Nema 5-15P (Please use a plug with 3 wide
contacts and good grounding.)
Installation of Mixer: Put the mixer attachment (#3) into the planetary shaft #2 and rotate
it in clockwise direction.
Starting Procedure: Pull the gear change hand lever (#1) to position 1 before starting;
close the safety guard and then turn on the power switch (#5).
Changing Speeds: Ensure the mixer is turned off before changing speeds. If the mixer is
turned on while changing gears you will damage the unit.
Installation procedures for meat grinder and vegetable attachment: Ensure the
machine is turned off before starting, loosen the stud bolt and lift the top cover of its
head (#9). Then put on the attachment and tighten the stud bolt. Only use on the 1
st
speed as using a higher speed can damage the mixer.
Shutting Down: When the operation is completed, turn off the power switch (#5) first,
then pull the gear change hand lever (#1) to position 1, and pull back the bowl lift handle
(#6) to the lowest point and finally disconnect power supply.
NOTES:
The power socket must be provided with a good ground wire to guarantee the
mixer is grounded properly. There will be an electric shock if there is no ground
wire or if it is improperly mounted. Never connect the ground wire to gas pipes,
water pipes, lightning rods or telephone lines. Electric leakage should be
checked after installation. If the power line is damaged, it must be replaced by a
Service Company.
Moving agitator in bowl. Keep hands, clothing and utensils out of bowl while in
operation. Do not use without interlocked safety guard. Do not put your hand into the
stirring barrel during operation. Disconnect the power supply before the installation of
the mixer.
Power supply should be disconnected before installing the mixer.
Don't operate the mixer beyond the time limit or overload its capacity to prevent
reduction of its service life.
The mixer should be mounted on a stable and clean place. Keep it away from heat or
wet places and away from equipment which has strong electromagnet or can produce
strong electromagnet.
Keep the machine clean constantly. Disconnect power supply before maintenance.

detergents.
