Power and Ground Connections
1. Connect the Immobilizer power wire (labeled "constant +12 volt") to one
end of the fuse assembly. Connect the other end of the fuse assembly to
the ignition switch harness constant +12 volt wire.
NOTE: This wire must be at least 14 ga.
2. Connect the Immobilizer ground wire (labeled "system ground ") to a solid
chassis ground.
NOTE: An under-dash, factory ground bolt would be ideal.
3. Insert 5 amp fuse into fuse holder.
Adding/Deleting Coded Keys
1. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position.
2. Flick the valet switch to the “ON” position.
3. Turn the ignition key to the “OFF” position.
4. Within 15 seconds, turn the ignition key ON, then OFF 5 times. The LED
will flash rapidly to indicate the system is now in the programming mode.
5. Within 10 seconds, insert and remove the new coded key into the
under-dash receptacle.
6. Within 10 seconds, insert and remove any additional key you wish to
operate the Immobilizer. (You can add up to 4 coded keys to your
Immobilizer.)
7. To exit programming, turn the ignition key to the “ON” position or wait 10
seconds and the Immobilizer will automatically exit programming.
8. In the event of a lost or stolen coded key, repeat steps 5 & 6 four times.
This will automatically erase the missing coded key from memory.
