Operation
Engineexhaustcontainscarbonmonoxide,
whichisanodorless,deadlypoisonthatcan
killyou.
Donotrunengineindoorsorinanenclosed
area.
•Theoperatorandpassengershouldremainseated
wheneverthevehicleisinmotion.Theoperator
shouldkeepbothhandsonthesteeringwheel
wheneverpossible,andthepassengershoulduse
thehandholdsprovided.Keepyourarmsandlegs
withinthevehiclebodyatalltimes.
•Driveslowerandturnlesssharplywhenyouare
carryingapassenger.Rememberyourpassengermay
notbeexpectingyoutobrakeorturnandmaynot
beready.
•Alwayswatchoutforandavoidlowoverhangssuch
astreelimbs,doorjambs,andover-headwalkways.
Makesurethereisenoughroomoverheadtoeasily

accident,tipoverofthevehicle,andseriousinjury
