Model: 2000 Series Plugmold Steel Multioutlet System Surge Module Replacement

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY

BEFORE REPLACING MODULE.

Discard entire module.

Plug in new module and fasten screw.

Grip module at screw end and

pull straight out of Plugmold.

If cover of module is pulled off, then gently grip

the printed circuit board and pull straight out.

Remove Screw.

CAUTION: TURN OFF POWER
