REMOVE ALL PIECES FROM THE BOX:

2 posts with armrests

1 push bar

1 head frame

1 headrest

10 screws

8 washers

8 bolts

1 wrench

1 allen wrench

Using the tools included attach both posts with arm rests to each side of the head frame using 2 screws, 2 washers

and 2 bolts on each side.

Tighten all screws and your

abtrainer is complete!

Attach the push bar to both posts with arm rests using

4 screws, 4 washers and 4 bolts.

Attach the headrest to the to the head frame

using 2 screws
