CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your air purifier functioning properly, we recommend changing the HEPA filter and active carbon
pre-filter after approximately 6 months of usage. More frequent changing will be necessary if the product
is used in an area with a high level of airborne contaminants (such as excessive amounts of smoke, pet
dander, etc.). Exposing the product to candle /oil/fireplace and smoke is not recommended and will
require more frequent maintenance.
Note: ALWAYS MAKRE SURE THE AIR PURIFIER IS TURNED OFF AND UNPLUGGED BEFORE CHANGING
FILTER OR CLEANING.
DO NOT use water or any household cleaners or detergents to clean the HEPA filter.
The inlet grill may be cleaned (after the unit is turned off and unplugged) with a vacuum or a slightly damp
cloth.
Changing the HEPA filter
1. Release the inlet grill by pressing on the locking latch on the back of the appliance
2. Remove inlet grill from the unit as shown below.
3. Grab the frame on both sides of the HEPA filter and remove the filter from the product.
4. Insert the new HEPA filter. Make sure it is facing correct direction.
5. Reattached the inlet grill and secure the locking latch into place.
6.
Press and hold the timer and auto buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to reset the filter
changing Indicator.
Changing the Pre-filter
1. Release the inlet grill by pressing on the locking latch on the back of the appliance.
2. Remove the inlet grill from the unit.
3. Grasp the pre-filter from the backside of the inlet grill and remove the pre-filter.
4. Insert new pre-filter into the inlet grill.
5. Reattach the inlet grill and secure the locking latch into place.
6. Press and hold the timer and auto buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to reset the filter
changing indicator.

Attention
Please carefully identify the front and rear direction of the filter assembly to avoid wrong
installation.
It is recommended to wear gloves when replacing the filter. And in order to prevent the
secondary pollution in the old filter components, please put the old filter components in plastic
bags before discarding them to prevent the secondary pollution to the environment.
Correct disposal of the unit

The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old
household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal household waste stream.
Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and
reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The symbol of the crossed out dustbin is marked on all products to remind the obligations of separate collection.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their product.
