Optional Lubricator for Rack

& Pinion Systems (ZV, ZR, ZTR, ZTRS Series)

STOBER oers lubrication systems for its

rack and pinion oerings. The lubricator

discharge period ranges from 1 to 12

months, depending on use. It is IP68

certied for use in an environment with

number and the feed speed of the system. Use

Table 2 to determine the appropriate setting on the

Flex 125 Lubricator. Adjust the lubricator dial to the

appropriate setting by inserting a at surfaced object,

such as a coin, into the slot on the dial, as illustrated

below.

Step 3 Mount lubricator.

To mount the lubricator, drill holes in the machine

or mounting plate. Bolt the lubricator xture to the

machine.

Step 4 Aach hose ngs to the felt gear mounng

sha port.

Step 5 Dispose of lubricator once lubricant is

depleted.

The lubricator can be disposed of once the lubrication

has been depleted. The battery can be recycled.
