Instructions:
1.) Remove contents from package.
2.) Bolt (1), (2), (3), & (4) to (5) using provided fasteners (6) & (7). Leave all fasteners loose until the final step.(See FIG02825 & 02850)
3.) Refer to ‘TABLE A’ to determine if drilling is required to attach Hose Reel Mount Kit to your pressure washer.
4.) If the model you are attaching your Hose Reel Mount Kit to is not highlighted (SEE TABLE A) proceed to step 5.
If the model of your pressure washer is highlighted, proceed to step 10.
5.) Remove fastener (9) from your pressure washer. (See FIG02843)
6.) Fit Hose Reel Mount Kit onto pressure washer as shown in FIG02843.
7.) Attach Front Right Tube (2) with provided fasteners (6) & (7).
8.) Attach Front Left Tube (4) by reusing existing fastener (9). (If you do not have fastener (9) use (6) & (7)).
9.) Attach back tubes (1) & (3) with the provided fasteners (8) & (6). Remember to tighten all fasteners when fully assembled.
10.) (FOR PRESSURE WASHER MODELS HIGHLIGHTED IN TABLE A) Hold Hose Reel Mount Kit into desired position on unit.
Use FIG02843 as a guide. Mark the hole locations of the Hose Reel Mount Kit onto your pressure washer.
11.) Drill four 11/32” holes in the places you marked on your pressure washer.
12.) Follow steps 6 thru 9.
NOTE:
• When purchasing a hose reel for this mount kit, refer to ‘TABLE B’ for compatible NORTHERN TOOL + EQUIPMENT hose reels.
• When installing a hose reel refer to FIG02843 as a guide. Fasteners for mounting a hose reel are not provided in this kit.
