I'm here to answer any questions you might have about the process or the device itself.
  • How much should the axle protrude from each side of the frame?
What is the maximum tilt angle to avoid fuel spillage?
What is the first step in foot installation?
GW003100AJ Wheel-Handle Assembly Instructions
Parts Included: 1 axle, 2 wheels, 1 handle, 1
GW003150AJ Parts pack.
Foot installation:
1. Position the engine end of the unit for
access to holes in bottom of the frame.
Caution: use safe lifting technique. Be
certain the unit is stable and adequately
supported. Note: to avoid fuel spillage, do
not tilt the unit more than 30 degrees.
2. Install self-tapping hex-washer head screw
through foot and into hole in bottom of the
frame tube (3/8 wrench). Tighten screw one
full turn past point where foot is held to the
tube by the screw (repeat process for foot
on opposite side).
Wheel/Axle installation:
1. Lift the generator end of the unit to allow
clearance for wheel installation. Be certain
the unit is stable and adequately supported.
Note: to avoid fuel spillage, do not tilt the
unit more than 30 degrees.
2. Install axle through holes in unit frame;
approximately 3 inches of axle should
protrude from each side of the frame.
3. Install the following items on each end of
the axle in the order listed: thin metal
washer, plastic spacer, wheel, thin metal
washer, and cotter pin in the hole at the end
of the axle. Spread ends of cotter pin to
retain.
