Screw the feet leveler (#4) into the bottom of each post (#2), turn each leveler clockwise
until in place.
Screw each caster (#5 & #6) into the bottom of each post (#2), turn each caster clockwise
until in place. Use the provided wrench to tighten all the way. Make sure the casters with
lock (#6) are on the same side.
Install the split sleeves (#3) at the desired height on each post (#2) as shown in the below
diagram for the installation of the bottom shelf (#1). Slide the interlocking pieces of the
split sleeve (#3) up and down until it is locked into place. Please follow the direction arrow
when placing the split sleeves.
Each split sleeve (#3) needs to be placed at the same height on all four posts (#2).

Note: Adjust the feet levelers
to level the shelving unit.
Note: NSF requires food service
applications to keep the lowest
shelf at least 6” above the floor.

Lay the product carton flat on the ground. Place the shelf (#1) on its side and onto the
carton to protect the finish. Insert all four posts (#2) into the shelf corner cylinders as
shown in the below diagram.
Place the unit into an upright position. Push down the shelf (#1) to make sure it sits
securely onto the split sleeves (#3). Gently tap the shelf (#1) if necessary.
Repeat the above steps to add the remaining shelves.

DISPERSE the weight of items evenly that are placed on the product. Failure to disperse the
weight of items evenly may cause personal injury or property damage.
DO NOT stand on the product. Standing on the product may cause you to fall and cause
personal injury.
DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld extra parts, or attach
electrical equipment to the product. Altering this product may cause personal injury or product
damage.
DO NOT tow this product with power equipment. The shelf could tip, which may cause personal
injury or product damage.
DO NOT allow children to play on or around the product. Failure to keep children from playing
on or around the product may cause personal injury or product damage.
