OPERATION AND FUNCTION OF YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR
GENERAL OPERATION
- Attach the accessory that you intend to use onto the Bowl Axle (A7) in the Bowl (A6).
- Place the ingredients into the Bowl (A6). For the accessory Disk (D), feed the
ingredients down the food chute during operation.
- Place the Bowl Lid (A5) on the top of the Bowl (A6).
- Attach the Motor Unit (A4) onto the Bowl Lid (A5) and the Bowl (A6). Ensure the
pointer of the handle ring is set to position “0”. Please note that damage may occur if
the pointer of the handle ring is not set to “0” while opening or closing. There is a lug
on each ear of the Bowl (A6). When the Motor Unit (A4) is in place, these two lugs
will activate the interlock safe switch inside the Motor Unit (A4) enabling the unit to
operate. If the Bowl Lid (A5) is not properly fitted to the Bowl (A6), the Motor Unit
(A4) will not operate.
- Plug the appliance in.
- Rotate the Handle (A3) clockwise to set the pointer to position “pulse” or “1”. The
Motor Unit (A4) will be locked to the Bowl (A6). You may not release the Motor Unit
(A4) from the Bowl (A6) at this time.
- At position “pulse”. Pressing the Pulse Button (A2) gives an instant quick start and
releasing the Pulse Button (A2) will stop the unit quickly.
- If you want to have a continuous operation, turn the Handle (A3) clockwise further to
position “1”.

After use, turn the Handle (A3) to position “0”. Unplug the appliance and wait until the
accessory stops completely. Remove the Motor Unit (A4).
OPERATION HINTS
BLADES - CHOPPING/ BLENDING/ KNEADING
- You can chop foodstuff including vegetables, raw or cooked meats. Coffee beans and
sugar can also be ground.
- Depending on the type of food, you can process up to 500g of foodstuff. This
operation can be carried out three times with one minute ON and 2 minutes OFF.
- You can knead up to 300 grams of normal dough with 180 grams water in 25 seconds.
Caution: Always stop the machine as soon as the dough has formed a paste. This
operation can be carried out twice with rest periods of 2 minutes.
WHISK STICK – EGG BEATING
- You may use the Whisk Stick (C) to whip eggs. For best result, whip at least two eggs
at a time. You may whip a maximum of 12 eggs (about 1 litre) in 40 seconds at a time.
- This operation can be carried out for 5 times with 40 seconds on, 2 minutes off.
WHISK BLADE –CREAM MIXING
- To be used strictly with egg whites cream and prepare sauces, mayonnaise, meringue
cream. You may whisk 0.75 litre of cream each time.
- Never use the Whisk Blade (E) to knead heavy dough or to mix light dough.
This operation can be carried out for 5 times with 1 minute on, 2 minutes off.
