• In the event of rain, snow, hail, sleet or other form of precipitation while cooking with oil, cover the cooking
vesselandimmediatelyturnotheburner(s)andgassupply.DONOTMOVEcookerstandorpot.
• Whencookingwithoilorgrease,thethermometerprovidedMUSTbeused.Followinstructionsinthismanualforproper
installationanduseofthethermometer.Ifthethermometersuppliedwiththisfryer/boilerhasbeenlostordamaged,a
replacementthermometermustbeonespeciedbytheappliancemanufacturer.
• Neverallowtheoiltogethotterthan400°F(200°C).Ifthetemperatureexceeds400°F(200°C),orifoilbeginstosmoke,
immediatelyturntheburnerorgassupplyOFFandwaitforthetemperaturetodecreasetolessthan350°F(175°C)
beforerelightingburneraccordingtothemanufacturer’sinstructions.Ifthereisalid(cover),donotremovethelid.
