For Portable Lamp

WARNING
Risk of shock, do not plug in the unit before assembly.
Do not exceed the maximum wattage (150W) rating

Before you begin assembly of your new fixture,
please follow the instruction manual step by step.
Do not plug in the fixture before assembly is completed.
ASSEMBLY
1. Secure tube (E) to the outside of marble base (J) with 3½”
screws (D) spring washer (B) & 1” washer (C). Secure
tube (E) from the inside of marble base (J) with ¾” washer
(F) followed by star washer (G), spring washer (H) and nut
(I) using the allan wrench (A) and wrench (K) provided.
2. Insert tool (L) into cylinder nut (M). Use tool (L) to align
cylinder nut (M) to hole (N) inside tube (E). Use wrench
(A) to secure 4” screw (N) and washer (V) through tube
(E) and cylinder nut (M). Tighten screw (N) and remove
tool (L) from cylinder nut (M).
3. Insert the arched arm (Q) into the tube (E) and adjust
arched arm (Q) for the desired fixture height, secure with
screw (P) and thumb screw (O).
4. Align lamp shade (T) to the socket and secure with spacer
(R) followed by screw shell (S).
5. Install the light bulb (U) (included) into the lamp holder
Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.

You installation is now complete. Supply power and test the
fixture.

IMPOPRTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other ) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in
a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not
fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit .contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can
be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
