Puck Cream Whipper Set. This professionally inspired set includes a whip
cream dispenser, two decorating nozzles, a cleaning brush, 8 N20 cartridges

desserts of your own.
Carefully read all instructions before use and
keep for future reference.
Before Your First Use
Wash the whip cream dispenser, decorating
nozzles, parfait glasses and spoons in warm
water with a mild dishwashing soap. Rinse with
COLD water and dry thoroughly.
Do not let the N20 cartridges come in contact
with water.
Using Your Wolfgang Puck Cream Whipper
Cleaning and Storage
Before opening the cream whipper allow the
remaining pressure to escape by pressing
the lever until all of the contents and gas are
released. You will hear a hissing sound once the
gas has been fully released.
Unscrew the dispenser head and remove the
decorating nozzle, gasket, and nozzle base. Hand
wash using warm water, a mild dishwashing
soap, a soft sponge and the included cleaning
brush. Dry thoroughly.
DO NOT wash the cream whipper in the
dishwasher or use harsh cleaners.
ALWAYS store the dispenser head and body
separately.
A filled/partially filled cream whipper can be
stored in the refrigerator for several days. Do not
store in the freezer. Always make sure to remove
and clean the decorating nozzle after each use.
This prevents the ingredients from drying
inside the nozzle. DO NOT store in the freezer.
The parfait glasses and spoons included in
your Wolfgang Puck Cream Whipper Set are
dishwasher safe.
Helpful Hints
Mix all recipe ingredients in a separate bowl
making sure they are fully dissolved before pouring
into the dispenser. Failure to do so can cause the
dispenser to clog.
Only use soluble ingredients. Avoid foods
containing seeds, pulp, etc. as they can impair the
function of the cream whipper.
We recommend using powdered sugar or liquid sweeteners.
If you choose to use granulated sugar make sure to dissolve fully.
In the event of malfunction or clogging do not attempt to remove the
dispenser head. Place the cream whipper on your countertop or table and
allow the contents to settle. Cover the dispenser head with a thick cloth
and squeeze the lever (with the nozzle facing upwards) until the gas has
completely escaped. Disassemble the cream whipper as instructed in the
Cleaning and Storage section.
Do not over shake. Repeated shaking can cause the contents to become
overly thick. It is not necessary to shake before each use.
Always hold the dispenser with the nozzle pointing straight down, otherwise
gas may escape causing the contents to only be partially dispensed.
Always make sure the contents (ex. cream) are well chilled before dispensing.
If they are too warm the dispensed mixture (ex. whipped cream) may be runny.
Empty N20 cartridges should be recycled. We recommend contacting
your local recycling center with any specific questions regarding their safe
disposal. Do not dispose of filled N20 cartridges.

1. Pour up to a half pint of chilled liquid (ex.
whipping cream) into the dispenser body (A).
DO NOT overfill. Figure 1.
2. Position the gasket (B) into the underside of
the dispenser head (C). Figure 2. Screw the
head onto the dispenser body making sure
that it is evenly and securely attached. Do not
cross-thread.
3. Insert an N20 cartridge into the charger holder
so that the small end of the cartridge is
pointing out. Figure 3.
4. Remove the inlet cap (E) from the inlet valve
(D). Figure 2.
5. Screw the charger holder onto the inlet valve.
A slight hissing noise will be heard indicating
that the N20 gas has been released into the
dispenser. ONLY use one charger for each
filling. Figure 4.
6. Vigorously shake the dispenser up to 10 times
in a vertical direction, incorporating the gas
into the cream. Remove the charger holder and
discard the empty N20 cartridge. Place the
inlet cap onto the inlet valve. A light hissing
sound may be heard when unscrewing the
holder. This is normal and should not be a
cause of concern. Figure 5.
7. Make sure that the nozzle base (G) is tightly
fastened to the nozzle valve (F). Screw your
desired decorating nozzle (H/I) onto the nozzle
base.
8. Turn the dispenser upside down so that
the decorating nozzle is pointed vertically
downward. Hold approximately 1/4-inch
above the surface in order to prevent
splattering. Figure 6. Slowly squeeze the lever
to dispense the contents (whip cream, mousse,
etc). If the dispensed contents are too runny
shake the dispenser a few more times and
try again. Repeated shaking can lead to
overly stiff cream; therefore be conscious
as to not over shake. Once you achieve the
desired consistency it is not necessary to
shake again before your next use. For best
result, serve immediately.
