GENERAL INFORMATION
GB
Refrigerators represents a compressor refrigerators made as a cabinet and
designed for a short-term storage of chilled products.
The moderate class "N" climatic version of the refrigerators is intended
to be used under domestic conditions.
The manufacturer guarantees its troublefree operation at ambient
temperature of +16
o
C to + 32°C.
The refrigerators meet up-to-date requirements for household refrigerators
and electrical devices.
The refrigerant blowing agent is ecolable - it hasn't ozone
layer demolishing materials.
In the ap
pliance can be useed the refrigerant R600 a.
All the required preventive maintenance operations and repairs should
be carried out by an expert in this kind of equipment.
Since efforts are continually made to improve the reliability and performance
of the product, minor changes may be introduced without special notice in these
instruction.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Prior to the refrigerator connection to the mains make sure, that the
power cord is not damaged.
The plug of refrigerator should be connected to properly fixed, stationary
socket providing good contact. The socket must have earth connection.
In case that refrigerator is produced with special supply cord it
could be exchanged by same producer‘s provided special supply cord.
Clean parts located at the refrigerator rear wall from dust accumulated
there using a dry brush or a vacuum-cleaner at least once a year.
WARNING!
Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built in
structure, clear of obstruction.
Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the
defrosting process.
Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
EN
13
Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments
of the appliance.
Do not place vessels with liquid which could spill on electrical part of
the refrigerator and electrical heating appliances as well (electric stoves, irons, grills
and others that could fire plastic of the mounting plane cover) on the mounting
plane cover.
During the refrigerator maintenance avoid ingress of moisture to the
current carrying parts of the electric equipment.
Protect plastic surfaces of the food storage compartment from any fat, oils,
sauces because they can cause crack of the compartment. In case of unintended spill
immediately clean the surface with dish washing liquid.
While defrosting the refrigerator and cleaning its inside, do not forget
to disconnect it from the mains.

PREPARATION FOR USE
Transportation board is of foamed polistyrol. Therefore take out the
adhesive tapes from the sides and simply lift the refrigerator up and take out the
board.
Remove the red transportation holders from the shelves.
Take off two supports 1 from the
sack and insert them into the
guides 2 in the back part of the
table top.
Strip sticky tape off and open
the door. Take out packing
inserted above the doors and
the plastic transportation clips "A"
on lower door bracket later on.
If your appliance is in complement
with glass shelves, pull a shelf in
the direction 1 and remove a red
transportation holder in the
direction 2.
16
In the case of refrigerator relocation lift the front side up so that the
supports were not in contact with the floor.
For self closing of the door adjust the supports so that the refrigerator
stood slightly lifted backward. It is essential to have the supports uniformely
touching the floor.
SELECTION OF THE REFRIGERATOR POSITION
The refrigerator should be placed in a dry well- ventilated room.
The refrigerator must be kept from exposure to direct sun rays. It is not
advisable to locate it near the heat sources (furnace, radiator and so on). If it is
impossible to find out the appropriate place, use an insulating panel.
VENTILATION
ATTENTION! Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in
the built - in structure, clear of obstruction.
If this requirement is not fulfilled, the temperature in the refrigerator rises
and energy consumption in creases.
Warning! Do not cover the top table openings!
CONTROLS AND WARNING LIGHTS
Fig.2
A green illuminating lamp 5 indicates that the refrigerator has been
connected to the mains.
The temperature in the storing chamber is adjusted by the temperature
controll knob.
The temperature controller is switched off, when the knob 3 consides with
a "0" mark in the temperature control scale 4. If the temperature controll knob is turned
clockwise, the temperature in the chamber is reduced.
STORAGE OF THE COOLED FOOD-STUFFS
Fig.1 and Fig.2
The temperature in the storing chamber is a function of the ambient
temperature, position of the temperature controll knob and an amount of the food -
stuffs to be stored.
Initially set the temperature controller knob to "3" position, in case of the
excessive cooling of the foods in the chamber - within limits "1-3" and within "3-5"
range if the cooling is insufficient.
If the thermostat knob is in fifth position and the frost concentrates on
back wall, it is needed to turn the knob to lower position.
17
Liquids and foods having odour or easily taking smell in are to be stored in
closed utensils.
Not foods can be placed into the refrigerating chamber only after
they have been cooled up to a room temperature.
DEFROSTING
Fig.1
The evaporator of the refrigerator is called "crying evaporator". This type
of the evaporator is melting constantly, then the compressor is swithed off
( i.e. if can be covered by frost or dew). The melting water flows to the pan on the top
of compressor.
In order to avoid appearance of odour in the refrigerator, clean it at least
once a month. Wash it with warm water, suds or soda solution.
When cleaning the refrigerator or disconnecting it for any period of
time, perform the following procedures:
disconnect the refrigerator from the mains;
take the foods out of the refrigerator;
leave the door open.
After cleaning, the refrigerator must be wiped and ventilated.
Clean the channel of the trough by means of a long flexible wire of
by means of cleaner 12.
Caution. Do not use mecanical or other devices, wich are not recomended in
user manual, to remove snow and ice.
Note.
Do not clean label with liquids containing alcohol.
Refrigerators produced from a stainles s steel should be cleaned only
with cleansets for those surfaces ("Bio-chem inox-Protect", "Chromol
Edelstahlpfleger").
18
We inform that there are some natural noise resources spread by the
refrigerator which are not failures, as follows:
1. Noise spread by working electric motor of the compressor which is stronger
for a time during start of the compressor.
2. Noise spread by the refrigerant move along tubes which shows itself by
chattering, bubbling, soughing.
If during maintenance troubles occur, make sure
once more it you are able to eliminate them.
Use the troubleshooting chart given below for this purpose.
Information. If refrigerator is out of order and it is not possible to repaire
by means of presented recomendations, switch if off, open the doors and call the
expert.
FAILURE REMOVAL
Trouble Way of remedy
The refrigerator connected
the mains is inoperative (the
green lamp does not light up).
No voltage in the mains or no contact between
the plug and the socket. Check for voltage
presence, check, whether the contact is
available.
An unusual noise arises during
operation of the refrigerator.
The refrigerator is either incorrectly installed or
the tub ing of the refrigerating unit touch the
refrigerator cabinet or a wall.
Check for the refrigerator position according to
the Instruction Manual, eliminate touching.
While opening the door the
gasket gets out.
Insert the gasket into its place strongly pressing
the inner part of the gasket. If the gasket was
poured with oily liquids, it is necessary before
inserting to clean the gasket and the groove in
the door with dish washing agent and wip dry.
When the evaporator is
defrosted, water is collected
in a tray and drains into the
chamber.
The water disposal system is clogged. Clean
the channel of the trough by means of a long
flexible wire of by means of cleaner 12.
19
The refrigerator must be carried in the upright position.
Securely fasten the refrigerator in order to avoid possible shocks while transit.
For better repair service together with your written order or order
by phone you should indicate data of your appliance. You can
find them in the marking label of your appliance – see the fig.
