En fonction GRIL, placez le mets à griller sur la grille ou le tourne-broche; la lèche frite sur le gradin du bas pour recevoir le
jus.

Detailed information on cooking
positions:
Positions 1, 2, 3
To continue cooking, to reheat or to
keep some dishes warm.
Positions 4, 5, 6
To simmer and to cook larger
quantities.
Positions 7, 8, 9
To roast, fry and bring to boiling
point.
To quickly heat or roast
Turn the knob for the electric plate or
cooking zone to position 9. After the
element or zone starts producing
heat, return the knob to the
appropriate position.
A higher setting is required:
- For large quantities,
- When cooking in cookware with no
lids,
- When using glass or ceramic
cookware.

Setting the time
- When plugged into the electricity supply
The display flashes at 12:00 (fig.1)
Set the time by pressing the + or – buttons
(holding down the button allows you to scroll
through the numbers rapidly) (fig.2).
Example: 12:30
Press the “ ” button to confirm.
The display stops flashing.
- To reset the time on the clock
The function selector switch must be in the 0
position (fig.1).
Press and hold the “ ” button for a few
seconds until the display is flashing (fig.2),
then release. Audible beeps indicate that it is
now possible to set the time.
Adjust the clock setting with the + and –
buttons (fig.3).
Press the “ ” button to validate (fig.4).

Warning
If there is no confirmation from the
” button, the time is recorded
automatically after a few seconds.

•Instant cooking
The programmer should display only the
time.
It should not be flashing (fig.1).
Turn the function selector to the position of
your choice.
For example: position (fig.2).
Your oven recommends the ideal temperature
for the chosen cooking mode (fig.3).
It is, however, possible to adjust the
temperature by turning the temperature
selector knob + or (fig.4).
Example: temperature set to 210°C (fig.5).
Place your dish in the oven based on the
recommendations provided by the cook
book.
When these steps have been completed, the
oven heats up and the temperature indicator
flashes.
A series of beeps will sound when the oven
reaches the selected temperature.
The temperature stops flashing.

Warning
All types of cooking are done with the door closed.
Warning
After a cooking cycle, the cooling fan continues to operate for a period of time in order
to guarantee optimal oven reliability.

Cooking with immediate start and
programmed duration
- Select the desired cooking mode and adjust
the temperature.
For example: position , temperature 200°C
(fig.
0).
- Press the “ ” button until the cooking time
indicator flashes “ ”.
The display flashes 0:00 to indicate that you
can now adjust the setting (fig.
1).
- Press the + or – buttons to set the desired
time.
For example: 25 mins cooking time (fig.
2).
The cooking time is automatically recorded
after a few seconds.
The cooking time display stops flashing and
returns to temperature mode (fig.
3).
The countdown of the cooking time begins
immediately after it has been set.
After these three steps, the oven heats up:
A series of beeps will sound when the oven
reaches the selected temperature.
At the end of cooking (end of programmed
time),
- The oven stops,
- 0:00 is displayed (fig.4)
,
- a series of beeps sounds for a few minutes.
The beeps can be stopped by pressing the
” button.
The display shows the time once again when
the function selector switch is returned to 0

Cooking with delayed start and chosen
cooking end time
Proceed as with programmed cooking.
- After setting the cooking time, press the
” button until the end of cooking
indicator flashes “ ”.
The time display flashes to indicate that you
can now adjust the setting (fig.
1).
- Press the + or - button to set the desired
cooking end time (fig.
2).
For example: end of cooking at 13:00 (fig.
3).
The cooking end time is automatically
recorded after a few seconds.
The cooking end time display stops flashing.
After these 3 steps, the oven heating is
delayed so that cooking ends at 13:00.
At the end of cooking (end of programmed
time),
- The oven stops,
- 0:00 is displayed
,
- a series of beeps sounds for a few minutes.
The beeps can be stopped by pressing the
” button.
The display shows the time once again when
the function selector switch is returned to 0
(fig.3
).
In the case of programmed cooking cycles,
the cavity lights up until cooking begins, and
remains lit until cooking is finished.

- Your oven’s programmer can be used as
an independent timer that allows you to
count down a time without operating the
oven.
In this case, the timer display has priority
over the clock display.
- Press the “ ” (fig.1) button until the timer
symbol begins to flash -> 0.00 flashes.
- Adjust the chosen time by pressing the +
or – selectors.
- Press the “ ” button to confirm or wait a
few seconds (fig.2).
Warning
It is possible to change or cancel the timer at any time.
The display stops flashing after a few seconds and the timer starts working, counting down the
time in seconds.
Once the timer has run down to zero, it emits a series of beeps to indicate that the time is up.
The beeps can be stopped by pressing the “ ” button.

OVEN COOKING MODES
Meat - Tarts - Fish
(recommended temperature 200°C min 35°C max 275°C)
Cooking is controlled by the upper and lower heating elements and by the fan.
This position allows you to cook identical or different types of food on up to 2 levels.
After preheating the oven, cook the food as indicated in the cooking guide.
Piece of meat to be roasted
(recommended temperature 200°C min 180°C max 230°C)
Cooking is controlled, alternately, by the upper element and by the fan.
Preheating is unnecessary. Succulent roasts and poultry that are crisp all over.
The rotisserie continues to operate until the door is opened.
Slide the drip tray onto the bottom shelf support.
Recommended for all spit-roasted poultry or meat, for sealing and thoroughly cooking
legs of lamb or sides of beef. To retain fish steaks’ moist texture.
Cakes brioche
(recommended temperature 205°C min 35°C max 275°C)
Cooking is controlled by the lower element combined with reduced input from the grill
and use of the fan.
Cooking heat from the bottom with a small amount of heat from the top. Place the grid
on the lowest shelf support.
Recommended for moist dishes (quiches, juicy fruit tarts, etc). The crust will be
thoroughly cooked on the bottom. Recommended for dishes that rise (cakes, brioche,
kugelhopf...) and for soufflés that will not be stuck by a crust formed on the top.
Heat and hold
(recommended temperature 80°C min 35°C max 250°C)
Heat regulated by the upper and lower elements with use of fan.
Recommended for helping dough to rise (bread, brioche, kugelhopf...), without
raising the temperature above 40° (heating plates, defrosting).
ECO cooking
(recommended temperature 200°C min 35°C max 275°C)
Cooking is controlled by the upper and lower heating elements without the fan.
This position allows energy savings of around 25% while preserving the quality of
thecooking. The ECO position is used for the energy label performance.
You will save energy throughout the cooking cycle, but it may take longer.

Potato gratin - grilled meats
(recommended temperature 275°C min 180°C max 275°C)
Cooking controlled by the upper element without the fan.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Slide the drip tray onto the lower shelf support in
order to collect any fat.
Recommended for grilling chops, sausages, toast or prawns placed on the grill.
