Installation information
• This product should only be used together with QAWeb
Agent version 1.12.04 or higher.

• Please do not plug in the device USB cable to your
computer before you have installed the QAWeb Agent
software.
Safety information
• Read these safety instructions carefully before operating
the equipment.
• Retain these safety instructions for future reference.
• Never open the equipment. For safety reasons, the
equipment should be opened only by qualified service
personnel.
• Electrical classification: this device is classified as a class
III device.
• Keep this equipment away from excessive humidity.
• Always use and store this equipment in a controlled
environment where the temperature is between 10 °C to
35 °C and the relative humidity is between 20% to 80%
(non-condensing).
• Equipment not suitable for use in the presence of a
flammable anesthetic mixture with air or with oxygen or
nitrous oxide.
• Equipment not suitable for use in explosive
environments.
Cleaning
If cleaning is needed, first use a lens blower brush to remove
loose dust. If necessary, wipe the lens gently with a soft lint
free cloth.
Never use water, solvents, or detergents to clean the lens or
body of the device, as these may cause damage or
deformation.
