1 Introduction

This new Color Wheel assembly has been designed to fit the optical frame of the latest single chip DLP projectors

iD Hxxx and iCon Hxxx, but it cannot be mounted in

iD (Pro) R600(+)

as is.

To allow mounting in iD (Pro) R600(+), a part of the assembly has to be removed first. See procedure below.

2 Prepare the Color Wheel assembly for installation in iD (Pro) R600(+)

Necessary tools

Philips crosshead screwdriver Ph2

How to prepare the Color Wheel assembly for installation in iD (Pro) R600(+)?

1. Remove both screws (M3 x 4)

2. Remove the smaller metal plate

3. Remove both spacers

4. Remove both screws (M3 x 4)
