Mixer Safety Warnings
1. FOR CEMENT AND MORTAR ONLY.
DO NOT USE WITH EPOXY 2-PART

2. DO NOT INSERT SHOVEL OR HANDS
INTO MIXER WHILE PLUGGED IN.
RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
FROM ENTANGLEMENT.
3. Do not attempt to move the Cement
Mixer when it is full and/or in
operation. It is unsafe to move the
mixer while in this condition, and
severe injury to personnel could
occur.
4. Assemble only according to these
instructions. Improper assembly
can create hazards.
5. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and
heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
6. Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
7. Keep bystanders out of the area
during assembly.
8. Do not assemble when tired or when
under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
medication.
9. This product is not a toy. Do not allow
children to play with this item.
10. Use as intended only.
11. Inspect before every use; do not use if
parts are loose or damaged.
12. Do not overload mixer.
13. Keep safe clearance around mixer. Keep
all persons (except operator) at least six
feet from mixer during operation.
14. Don’t use in dangerous environment.
Don’t use power tools in damp or wet
locations, or expose them to rain. Keep
work area well lighted.
15. Make workshop kid proof with padlocks,
master switches, or by removing starter
keys.
16. Wear proper apparel. Do not wear
loose clothing, gloves, neckties, rings,
bracelets, or other jewelry which may get
caught in moving parts. Nonslip footwear
is recommended. Wear protective hair
covering to contain long hair.
17. Never leave tool running unattended.
Turn power off. Don’t leave tool until it
comes to a complete stop.
18. Disconnect tools before servicing.
19. When servicing use only identical
replacement parts.
20. Only use safety equipment that has been
approved by an appropriate standards
agency. Unapproved safety equipment
may not provide adequate protection.
Eye protection must be ANSI-approved
and breathing protection must be
NIOSH-approved for the specific hazards
in the work area.
21. Maintain labels and nameplates on
the tool. These carry important safety
information. If unreadable or missing,
contact Harbor Freight Tools for a
replacement.
22. Avoid unintentional starting. Prepare to
begin work before turning on the tool.
