This model heat pump uses an RF (radio frequency)

remote control. The remote must be calibrated to the heat

pump before it can be used.

With the heat pump in standby status and the remote within 6 feet (2m), press

and hold

button for 3 seconds. The remote controller and heat pump

calibrate automatically. The heat pump will emit three sounds when calibration

is complete. If calibration fails, move the remote closer to the heat pump and try
