• This pplince should not be instlled in bthroom
or similr wet rooms, s well s rooms with explosive or

• Wshing mchines with single wter inlet nd should
only be connected to the cold wter supply outlet.
Models feturing two inlet vlves cn be connected to
both the hot nd cold wter outlets.
• The pplince cn be instlled s freestnding or below
the kitchen counter with correct spce.
• When the pplince is put in its permnent position,
check if it is fully level with the id of spirit level. If it is
not, djust the feet until it is.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

• The pplince must be erthed.
• Mke sure tht the electricl informtion on the rting
plte grees with the power supply. If not, contct n
electricin.
• Alwys use correctly instlled shockproof socket.
• Do not use multi-plug dpters nd extension cbles.
• Mke sure not to cuse dmge to the mins plug nd
to the mins cble. Should the pplince power supply
cble need to be replced, this must be crried out by
our Service Centre.
• Connect the mins plug to the mins socket only t the
end of the instlltion. Mke sure tht there is ccess to
the mins plug fter the instlltion. Do not connect the
pplince plug with power connection bord.
• Do not pull the mins cble to disconnect the pplince.
Alwys pull the mins plug.
• Do not touch the mins cble or the mins plug with
wet hnds.
• This pplince complies with the E.E.C. Directives.
CARE CLEANING
WARNING: Risk of injury or dmge to the pplince.
• Before mintennce, dectivte the pplince nd
disconnect the mins plug.
• Do not use wter spry nd stem to clen the
pplince.
• Clen the pplince with moist soft cloth. Only use
neutrl detergents. Do not use brsive products,
brsive clening pds, solvents or metl objects.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
• Disconnect the pplince from the mins supply.
• Cut o the mins cble nd discrd it.
• Remove the door ctch to prevent children nd pets to
get closed in the pplince.
APPLIANCE USE
WARNING: Risk of re, explosion, electric shock or
dmge to the pplince.
• Use this pplince in household only.
• Before operting this pplince, ensure tht ll
pckging nd trnsport bolts hve been removed.
Otherwise, serious dmge cn occur to the pplince.
• Before wshing ny clothes for the rst time, the
wshing mchine should be operted for one whole
cycle without ny clothes inside.
• Do not climb up or sit on top of the pplince.
• Do not chnge the speciction of this pplince.
• If you use fbric softener or similr products, obey the
instructions on the pckging.
• Do not sit or stnd on the open door.
• Obey the mximum lod volume of 8.0 kg
(refer to the “Progrm chrt” chpter).
• Ensure ll objects re removed from clothing pockets
such s lighters nd mtches.
• Plese only use front lod wshing mchine detergents.
Flmmble nd explosive or toxic solvents re forbidden
for use with this pplince. Gsoline nd lcohol should
not be used s detergent.
• Never wsh crpets or rugs within the pplince.
• Be creful to void burns when the mchine drins
hot wshing wter.
• After wsh progrm completes, plese wit two
minutes before opening the door.
• If tumble dryer is instlled on top of the wshing
mchine, use the suitble stcking kit. The stcking kit,
vilble from your uthorised vendor, cn be used only
with the pplince specied in the instructions, supplied
with the ccessory. Red it crefully before instlltion
(Refer to the Instlltion section of this mnul).
• Never len ginst the mchine door.
• Plese do not close the mchine door with excessive
force nd if you nd it dicult to close the door, ensure
tht the clothing lod isn’t excessive.
• Glss door my become hot during opertion.
TRANSPORT
• Alwys move the pplince cutiously. Do not use the
mchine door or the hndle of the detergent dispenser,
to lift the pplince.
• Trnsporttion bolts should be reinstlled within the
mchine by specilised person, prior to trnsporting
the pplince.
• Ensure tht ll ccumulted wter is drined from the
pplince before moving.

Instlltion
INSTALLATION POSITIONING
Ensure tht your pplince is instlled on solid nd t ground, in level position. Plese
do not plce the pplince on slope, soft crpet or wooden oor. Your pplince should
only be instlled within n internl environment. Do not instll the pplince outdoors.
REMOVING THE TRANSPORTATION BOLTS
WARNING: Before using the pplince, the trnsport bolts must be removed from
the bckside of this mchine. Plese tke the following steps to remove the bolts:
Loosen ll 4 bolts with spnner nd then remove them.
Use the plugs (supplied) to plug the holes.
Keep the trnsport bolts for future use.
LEVEL ADJUSTING
• If the oor is obviously uneven, your pplince feet need to be
djusted. If your pplince isn’t level, it will cuse your pplince
to vibrte, nd potentilly move from its position.
• Once you’ve positioned your wshing mchine, press down from
the top in ll four corners to ensure tht it’s completely stble
(i.e. not rocking in ny direction). Also use spirit level to ensure
tht it is completely level in ll directions.
• Should you need to mke djustments, use spnner to turn the
pplince legs until it mkes contct with the oor. Turn the leg
using one hnd nd then fsten the nut up ginst the pplince
cbinet, to lock the leg in plce.
• After mking ny djustments to the pplince legs,
re-check to ensure it is level nd no rocking occurring.
CONNECT THE INLET PIPE
Connect the hose elbow to the cold wter outlet, screwing in clockwise direction.
Connect the other end of the inlet hose to the wter inlet vlve on the rer of the wshing
mchine. After instlltion, if there re ny leks detected, remove the hose nd re-instll
using the steps bove. The hose is designed to be used on stndrd wshing mchine
outlet.
POSITION THE OUTLET HOSE
The outlet hose (used to drin the dischrged wter) is to be idelly connected to the
relevnt wste pipe, lthough it cn lso be positioned to drin into sink/trough.
Note tht the outlet hose hs minimum outlet position of 60cm nd mximum position
of 100cm (s illustrted on the right).
Note: If you re positioning the outlet hose to drin into sink or trough, plese ensure
tht it is xed in plce nd tht the sink remins unblocked t ll times.
ACOUSTIC SPONGE
To reduce noise nd vibrtions cused by the mchine when in opertion,
plese pply the coustic sponges.
• Ly the mchine onto the oor with lyer of soft mteril in between (such s
crdbord, fom or blnket) to protect the mchine nd your oor from scrtches.
• Stick the 2 × longer sponges to the wider bottom edges of mchine, nd the 2 × shorter
sponges to the shorter bottom edges.

There are two ways to place the end of drain hose:
1.Put it into the water trough. 2.Connect it to the branch drain pipe of
the trough.

DETERGENT DISPENSER
The detergent drwer of your wshing
mchine is split into three comprtments:
I Pre-detergent compartment.
Refer to the Wsh Progrms Tble
to see which progrms utilise
pre-wsh.
II Main detergent compartment.
This is the min detergent drwer.
Washing additive compartment.
Use for fbric softeners, etc.
WARNING: Detergent only need to be dded in “cse I” fter selecting pre-wshing for mchines with this function.

SETTING THE DELAY FUNCTION
To set the dely function:
• Select progrm by turning the Progrm dil
• Press the Dely button to choose time (The delying time is 0-24H)
• Press the Strt/Puse button to being your cycle
To cncel the dely function, press the Dely button until the disply is bck to 0H.
The dely function should be ctivted before strting the progrm.
If the progrm hs lredy strted, turning o the mchine will reset the dely function.

QUICK START:
Follow the procedure below to operate your washing machine.
1. Instll your wshing mchine.
2. Turn on the wter supply.
3. Plug in the power supply.
4. Open the door nd lod in the lundry.
5. Close the mchine door.
6. Mesure the detergent nd pour in the pproprite mount.
7. Select the desired progrm.
8. Select ny dditionl functions if required.
9. Press the Strt/Puse button to begin.
10. Completion of the wshing cycle.
• At the completion of wsh progrm, the wshing mchine will mke n udible tone.
11. Turn o the wter supply
• Although the wshing mchine would be switched o, the power
outlet should be switched o nd the plug should be pulled out for sfety resons.

PREPARATION BEFORE WASHING CLOTHES
Plese follow these steps crefully to void trouble with your wshing mchine nd dmging your clothing.
Wshing Considertions
• New clothes in prticulr, cn lech colour onto other
clothing items, prticulrly whites.
Consider wshing these nd bright colours seprtely.
• Stined clothing should be treted with stin remover,
prior to wshing.
• Temperture sensitive clothes should be wshed in
ccordnce with their cre direction lbel. Otherwise
distortion nd/or chnges in colour could occur.
• Never llow wshing to sit in the mchine for long
period of time- prticulrly when wet. Clothes cn
become mouldy nd develop n odour.
• Certin clothing cnnot be wshed in wshing
mchine nd their cre directions my stte dry
clening or hnd wshing required.
• Wrinkle style clothes, embossed clothes, resin clothes,
etc my become distorted when immersed in wter.
• Avoid wshing clothes without cre direction lbels
within the pplince, to be sfe.
• Alwys remove ll items from clothing pockets, s hrd
items cn cuse dmge to the pplince.
• Try to wsh clothing colours nd sizes in like lods,
s this will improve the eectiveness of the wshing
nd results.
• Close ll clothing zips nd ensure ll buttons re
fstened securely.
• Delicte items such s brs, hndkerchiefs nd ties
should be wshed within specil wshing bg, to
prevent dmge to themselves nd other clothes.
• When wshing lrge single item tht could become
hevy (i.e. towel or jcket), it cn cuse the pplince
to become unblnce during its spin cycle. Therefore it’s
recommended to dd one or two more clothing items to
help the mchine blnce.
• Try to remove ny pet hir, dust nd stins from
clothing prior to wshing.
• Bby clothing should be wshed seprtely.
• Clothing tht gets esily “fuzzed” or loses bres esily,
should be wshed seprtely.
• Blck clothing items should be wshed seprtely.
• Do not wsh wterproof mterils within the
wshing mchine.
Py Attention to Detergents
• Only use suitble front lod wshing mchine
detergents with this pplince. Powders nd liquid
detergents only.
• Only ever use the recommended quntity of detergent,
s per the mnufcturer’s guidelines, s n excessive
quntity cn cuse excessive bubbles nd overow
to occur.
• It cn lso result in detergent residue remining on the
clothing fter completion of the wsh cycle.
WARNING: Alwys keep detergents nd dditives out
of rech from children.
Clothing Clssictions
The symbol types on cre lbels re typiclly clssied
into the following textiles: Cotton, Blended Fiber, Synthetic
Fiber, Silk, Wool nd Articil Fiber.

WASHING CLOTHES FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before wshing ny clothes, plese perform one cycle
without clothes inside s follows:
• Connect the power source nd wter.
• Insert smll mount of detergent into Comprtment II
of the detergent drwer nd close it.
• Select wshing progrm.
• Press the “Strt/Puse” button on the pplince.
• Allow the progrm to complete nd your wshing
mchine is now redy for use.
SELECTING A PROCEDURE
You should select you wshing progrm bsed on the type
of clothing, quntity nd dirtiness level, in combintion with
the following temperture tble.
Temperture Mode Appliction
90ºC Seriously soiled clothing, pure white cotton
(I.e. bed linen, towels, tble cloths, etc)
60ºC
Modertely soiled clothing, cotton nd
synthetic rticles with certin decolourising
degree (I.e. shirts, pjms, etc)
40ºC, 30ºC,
20ºC, Cold Wter Lightly soiled clothing, synthetics nd wool
To select progrm:
• First turn the Progrm Selection Dil to the
corresponding wsh progrm, ccording to the type
of textiles being wshed.
• Secondly, select the desired temperture bsed on
the level of dirtiness.
Note: Generlly the higher the temperture, the more
power tht’s consumed.
• Finlly, select your desired spin speed. The higher the
spin speed, the drier the textiles will be t completion,
however more delicte textiles will be more wrinkled.
Delicte textiles should be set with lower spin speed.
Selecting the min wshing progrm depend on the types
of clothing to be wshed, s follows:
Cotton
To increse the wshing results, the min wshing time
is incresed. It is recommended for wshing clothes for
bbies or worn by the persons with skin llergies. It is
recommended for wshing durble cotton rticles, for
exmple: bed sheets, quilt covers, pillowcses, gowns,
underwer, etc.
Synthetic
The procedure is shorter compred with tht for cottons nd
the wshing intensity is reltively gentle. It is recommended
for wshing synthetic rticles, for exmple: shirts, cots, etc.
Bby Cre
Wshing the bby’s clothes, it cn mke the bby’s wer
clener nd mke the rinse performnce better to protect
the bby skin.
Jens
You cn select this procedure for wshing jens.
Mix
You cn select this procedure for wshing durble clothes,
tht typiclly require more wsh time nd intensity. It is
idel for ny “dily” clothing such s cotton, including
sheets, pillowcses, bthrobes nd underwer.
Colours
Suitble for wshing lod of coloured lundry s the
cycle is done t low temperture to ensure colours do not
run or fde.
Drin Only
A very short cycle to ensure the mchine is fully drined by
removing ny residul wter from previous lod.
Spin Only
This procedure provides spin only option. Residul sopy
wter shll be drined out before spinning.
Rinse Spin
This procedure provides short rinse cycle followed by
spin cycle.

Wool
You cn select this procedure to wsh wool textiles
lbeled with “Mchine Wsh”. Plese select the proper
wshing temperture ccording to the clothings cre lbel.
Furthermore, the proper detergent mount should be used
for wool textiles, which is generlly less thn norml
wsh lods.
Delicte
You cn select this procedure to wsh your delicte clothes.
Its wshing intensity is gentler nd spin speed is low
compred with the “Synthetic” procedure. It is recommended
for wshing ny rticles requiring soft wsh.
Quick
You cn select this procedure for wshing smll quntity
of clothing, where items re only lightly soiled.
Sportswer
You cn select this procedure for wshing sport nd
ctive-wer clothing.
Hndwsh
Select this cycle for clothes tht require hndwshing. With
very low temperture nd spin speed this cycle is suitble to
wsh very delicte items.
Cotton ECO
This procedure sves energy nd limits the wshing
temperture to 40°C or 60°C. Use with smll quntity of
clothes which re only lightly dirty but it must stte tht this
progrm is for normlly soiled lod.
My Cycle
The My Cycle function cn be used to dene nd sve your
fvourite drying progrm for esier selection in the future
(i.e. Use this function to sve your most frequently used
drying settings).
To set the My Cycle function:
• Use the progrm selector dil to select your required
progrm nd select ny other drying functions.
• Press nd hold the “Spin Speed” button for 3 seconds
until the disply shes, indicting tht your desired
progrm hs been sved.
• To use your preset My Cycle, simply turn the progrm
selector dil to the My Cycle position nd press the
“Strt/Puse” button to begin.
• If you wish to chnge your My Cycle settings, simply
repet the steps bove t ny time.

ADDITIONAL WASH OPTIONS
Prewsh Function
The Prewsh function dds n dditionl wsh prior to the
min wsh. Extr detergent should be plced in the
Pre-wsh detergent comprtment, lbeled with “I”.
Speed Wsh Function
Adding this function to your wsh progrm decreses the
wshing time.
To ctivte the Speed Wsh Function:
• Select your desired wshing progrm.
• Press the “Speed Wsh” button.
• Press the “Strt/Puse” button to begin the progrm.
Extr Rinse Function
The lundry will undergo n extr rinse cycle t the
completion of the progrm.
Dely Function
The Dely function cn be set with this button, where the
dely is 0-24 Hrs.
To set the Dely function:
• Select wsh progrm;
• Press the Dely button to choose the time;
• Press Strt/Puse to commence the dely opertion.
To Cncel the Dely function:
• Press the Dely button until the disply shows 0H. It
should be pressed prior to strting the progrm. If the
progrm hs lredy strted, press the On/O button
to reset.
Relod (Add Grment) Function
This function cn be executed during opertion of
wshing progrm. When the drum of the mchine is still in
motion nd/or there is lrge mount of wter inside, the
mchine will not llow the door to be opened.
To use the Relod function:
• Press nd hold the Strt/Puse button for 3 seconds.
• Once the drum stops rotting, the door will unlock nd
llow you to open.
• Add your dditionl clothing items nd close the door.
• Press the Strt/Puse button once gin to continue
the wsh progrm.
Child Lock
To void the wshing procedure being ltered by children,
you cn ctivte the child lock function. All buttons nd
dils won’t lter the mchines settings, however the On/O
button will still function.
Note:
If the mchine is switched o when Child Lock is ctive, it
will remin in Child Lock mode when switched bck on.
To ctivte or dectivte the Child Lock:
• Press nd hold the “Rinse” nd “Pre Wsh” buttons
together t the sme time for 3 seconds, whilst the
mchine is operting.
• The mchine will mke n udible tone to let you know
tht the Child Lock is ctivted or dectivted.
Note:
At the completion of wsh progrm, the child lock will
become dectivted utomticlly.
Bubble Removl Function
When excessive detergent is used, excessive bubbles my
occur, eecting your wsh results. Your wshing mchine
will utomticlly check for excessive bubbles nd work to
remove them s required.
Muting the mchine (Signl function)
This function llows you to turn the udible tone on or o,
to indicte tht your wshing progrm is complete. By
defult the udible signl is set to On.
When the Signl function is on, your pplince will mke n
udible tone when:
• The extr function buttons re pressed
(i.e. Speed Wsh, Anti-Crese).
• If the wshing mchine is operting nd the progrm
selector knob is turned, the pplince will mke n
udible tone to lert the user tht n invlid choice
hs been mde.
• At the completion of wshing progrm, n udible
tone will sound.
To ctivte or dectivte the Signl function:
• Press nd hold the “Extr Rinse” nd “Pre Wsh” buttons
together for 3 seconds.

Clening Mintennce
CLEANING PROCEDURES
WARNING: Before beginning ny clening or mintennce,
lwys ensure the pplince is switched o, the power plug
is removed from the power outlet nd the wter supply hs
been closed.
CLEANING THE WASHING MACHINE EXTERIOR
Proper mintennce of your wshing mchine will keep it
looking s new nd extend its working life.
The exterior surfce cn be clened with household
cleners nd soft dmp clening cloth.
If there is ny residul wter t the completion of wshing
progrm, plese use cloth to wipe it o immeditely.
Note: Never use solvents or hrsh clening chemicls on
your wshing mchine’s exterior.
CLEANING THE INTERNAL DRUM
Should ny rust form on the inside drum (i.e. wter ws
left to sit for n extended period of time), plese remove
immeditely using chlorine free detergent. Never use
steel wool or hrsh brsive.
FROZEN WASHING MACHINE
Should the temperture drop below zero nd your wshing
mchine becomes frozen, you should:
Disconnect the power supply for the wshing mchine.
Wsh the tp connection with wrm wter, to help you to
disconnect the inlet pipe.
Remove the inlet pipe nd immerse in wrm wter
(i.e. within bthtub).
Pour some wrm wter into the wshing mchine drum nd
wit for pproximtely 10 minutes.
Reconnect the inlet pipe to the tp nd wshing mchine
nd open the wter supply.
Wit until the room’s mbient temperture returns to bove
0°C before trying to operte the wshing mchine.
CLEANING THE DETERGENT DRAWER
You should periodiclly follow these steps to ensure the
detergent drwer remins clen.
Press down on the rrow, locted on the cover for the fbric
softener comprtment of the detergent drwer.
Lift the clip up nd remove the fbric softener
comprtment cover.
Wsh ll grooves with wrm wter.
Re-instll the fbric softener comprtment cover
into the detergent drwer, nd push the drwer bck
into position.

CLEANING THE INLET FILTER
You should clen the inlet lter periodiclly, or if you nd
tht insucient wter is being supplied to your wshing
mchine when the supply tp is open.
To clen the inlet lter:
Close the wter supply tp.
Select ny wsh progrm (except for Spin Only or Drin
Only) nd press the Strt/Puse button. Allow the progrm
to run for bout 40 seconds.
Remove the inlet pipe from the closed tp nd use wter to
wsh the lter.
Reconnect the inlet pipe to the tp.
To clen the wshing mchine lter:
Screw o the inlet pipe from the rer of the
wshing mchine.
Pull out the lter with long nose pliers, wsh it thoroughly
with wter nd re-instll the lter.
Reconnect the inlet pipe to the rer of the wshing mchine.
Open the wter supply t the tp nd ensure there is no
wter lekge.
Once nished, close the wter supply tp.
Note: Generlly the tp inlet lter is wshed rst followed
by the wshing mchine lter. If only the wshing mchine
lter is wshed, then you should still follow steps 1-3 for
clening the inlet lter rst.
CLEANING THE DRUM PUMP FILTER
REMOVING FOREIGN OBJECTS
WARNING: To void the risk of n electric shock, lwys
remove the power plug from the power
outlet before clening the Drin Pump lter.
Periodiclly you should clen the drin pump lter to ensure
norml opertion of your wshing mchine. The type of
wshing, frequency nd soil level of your wshing cycles
will lter how often this procedure needs to be undertken,
however you should inspect the lter regulrly.
Should your wshing mchine not empty nd/or spin, or
your mchine mkes unusul noises during
opertion, your Drin Pump lter could be blocked. Follow
this procedure to check or remove ny foreign objects.
After disconnecting the power, open the lter cover t the
front bse of your wshing mchine.
Unscrew the lter in n nti-clockwise direction nd remove
ny foreign objects.
Re-instll the lter nd close the service pnel.
WARNING: Never remove the pump cover when the
wshing mchine is in opertion, lwys wit until the
pplince hs nished nd the is empty. There cn be hot
wter within the pump, so be creful to void burns, should
it hve operted recently. When replcing the cover, be
creful to ensure it is closed securely.
