This pplince is intended to be used in household

customers in serviced prtments, holidy prtments
nd other residentil type environments.

Alwys ensure tht the drum hs drined ll wter
before opening the pplince door. If wter is visible, do
not open the pplince door.
Do not instll the pplince behind  lockble door, 
sliding door or  door with  hinge on the opposite side,
where the pplince door cnnot be fully opened.
Alwys be creful when you move the pplince
becuse it is hevy. Alwys wer sfety gloves.
Alwys move the pplince verticlly.
The rer surfce of the pplince must be put
ginst the wll.
This pplince should not be instlled in  bthroom
or similr wet rooms, s well s rooms with explosive or
custic gses.
Wshing mchines with  single wter inlet nd should
only be connected to the cold wter supply outlet.
Models feturing two inlet vlves cn be connected to
both the hot nd cold wter outlets.
The pplince cn be instlled s freestnding or below
the kitchen counter with correct spce.
When the pplince is put in its permnent position,
check if it is fully level with the id of  spirit level. If it is
not, djust the feet until it is.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
WARNING: Cution, risk of re nd electricl shock!
The pplince must be erthed.
Mke sure tht the electricl informtion on the rting
plte grees with the power supply. If not, contct n
electricin.
Alwys use  correctly instlled shockproof socket.
Do not use multi-plug dpters nd extension cbles.
Mke sure not to cuse dmge to the mins plug nd
to the mins cble. Should the pplince power supply
cble need to be replced, this must be crried out by
our Service Centre.
Connect the mins plug to the mins socket only t the
end of the instlltion. Mke sure tht there is ccess to
the mins plug fter the instlltion. Do not connect the
pplince plug with  power connection bord.
Do not pull the mins cble to disconnect the pplince.
Alwys pull the mins plug.
Do not touch the mins cble or the mins plug with
wet hnds.
This pplince complies with the E.E.C. Directives.
CARE CLEANING
WARNING: Risk of injury or dmge to the pplince.
Before mintennce, dectivte the pplince nd
disconnect the mins plug.
Do not use wter spry nd stem to clen the
pplince.
Clen the pplince with  moist soft cloth. Only use
neutrl detergents. Do not use brsive products,
brsive clening pds, solvents or metl objects.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
Disconnect the pplince from the mins supply.
Cut o the mins cble nd discrd it.
Remove the door ctch to prevent children nd pets to
get closed in the pplince.
APPLIANCE USE
WARNING: Risk of re, explosion, electric shock or
dmge to the pplince.
Use this pplince in  household only.
Before operting this pplince, ensure tht ll
pckging nd trnsport bolts hve been removed.
Otherwise, serious dmge cn occur to the pplince.
Before wshing ny clothes for the rst time, the
wshing mchine should be operted for one whole
cycle without ny clothes inside.
Do not climb up or sit on top of the pplince.
Do not chnge the speciction of this pplince.
If you use fbric softener or similr products, obey the
instructions on the pckging.
Do not sit or stnd on the open door.
Obey the mximum lod volume of 8.0 kg
(refer to the “Progrm chrt” chpter).
Ensure ll objects re removed from clothing pockets
such s lighters nd mtches.
Plese only use front lod wshing mchine detergents.
Flmmble nd explosive or toxic solvents re forbidden
for use with this pplince. Gsoline nd lcohol should
not be used s  detergent.
Never wsh crpets or rugs within the pplince.
Be creful to void burns when the mchine drins
hot wshing wter.
After  wsh progrm completes, plese wit two
minutes before opening the door.
If  tumble dryer is instlled on top of the wshing
mchine, use the suitble stcking kit. The stcking kit,
vilble from your uthorised vendor, cn be used only
with the pplince specied in the instructions, supplied
with the ccessory. Red it crefully before instlltion
(Refer to the Instlltion section of this mnul).
Never len ginst the mchine door.
Plese do not close the mchine door with excessive
force nd if you nd it dicult to close the door, ensure
tht the clothing lod isn’t excessive.

TRANSPORT
Alwys move the pplince cutiously. Do not use the
mchine door or the hndle of the detergent dispenser,
to lift the pplince.
Trnsporttion bolts should be reinstlled within the
mchine by  specilised person, prior to trnsporting
the pplince.
Ensure tht ll ccumulted wter is drined from the
pplince before moving.

Instlltion
INSTALLATION POSITIONING
Ensure tht your pplince is instlled on solid nd t ground, in  level position. Plese
do not plce the pplince on  slope, soft crpet or wooden oor. Your pplince should
only be instlled within n internl environment. Do not instll the pplince outdoors.
REMOVING THE TRANSPORTATION BOLTS
WARNING: Before using the pplince, the trnsport bolts must be removed from
the bckside of this mchine. Plese tke the following steps to remove the bolts:
Loosen ll 4 bolts with  spnner nd then remove them.
Use the plugs (supplied) to plug the holes.
Keep the trnsport bolts for future use.
LEVEL ADJUSTING
If the oor is obviously uneven, your pplince feet need to be
djusted. If your pplince isn’t level, it will cuse your pplince
to vibrte, nd potentilly move from its position.
Once you’ve positioned your wshing mchine, press down from
the top in ll four corners to ensure tht its completely stble
(i.e. not rocking in ny direction). Also use  spirit level to ensure
tht it is completely level in ll directions.
Should you need to mke djustments, use  spnner to turn the
pplince legs until it mkes contct with the oor. Turn the leg
using one hnd nd then fsten the nut up ginst the pplince
cbinet, to lock the leg in plce.
After mking ny djustments to the pplince legs,
re-check to ensure it is level nd no rocking occurring.
CONNECT THE INLET PIPE
Connect the hose elbow to the cold wter outlet, screwing in  clockwise direction.
Connect the other end of the inlet hose to the wter inlet vlve on the rer of the wshing
mchine. After instlltion, if there re ny leks detected, remove the hose nd re-instll
using the steps bove. The hose is designed to be used on  stndrd wshing mchine
outlet.
POSITION THE OUTLET HOSE
The outlet hose (used to drin the dischrged wter) is to be idelly connected to the
relevnt wste pipe, lthough it cn lso be positioned to drin into  sink/trough.
Note tht the outlet hose hs  minimum outlet position of 60cm nd  mximum position
of 100cm (s illustrted on the right).
Note: If you re positioning the outlet hose to drin into  sink or trough, plese ensure
tht it is xed in plce nd tht the sink remins unblocked t ll times.
ACOUSTIC SPONGE
To reduce noise nd vibrtions cused by the mchine when in opertion,
plese pply the coustic sponges.
Ly the mchine onto the oor with  lyer of soft mteril in between (such s
crdbord, fom or  blnket) to protect the mchine nd your oor from scrtches.
Stick the 2 × longer sponges to the wider bottom edges of mchine, nd the 2 × shorter
sponges to the shorter bottom edges.

Drain Hose
There are two ways to place the end of drain hose:
1.Put it into the water trough. 2.Connect it to the branch drain pipe of
the trough.
Position drain hose properly ,otherwise damage might result of water leakage.
Do not kink or protract the drain hose.

Please make sure to assemble the acoustic sponges, which can effectively
reduce the noise caused by the machine while working, in order to provide
you with a more peaceful and quiet living environment.

DETERGENT DISPENSER
The detergent drwer of your wshing
mchine is split into three comprtments:
I Pre-detergent compartment.
Refer to the Wsh Progrms Tble
to see which progrms utilise 
pre-wsh.
II Main detergent compartment.
This is the min detergent drwer.
Washing additive compartment.
Use for fbric softeners, etc.
WARNING: Detergent only need to be dded in “cse I” fter selecting pre-wshing for mchines with this function.

SETTING THE DELAY FUNCTION
To set the dely function:
Select  progrm by turning the Progrm dil
Press the Dely button to choose  time (The delying time is 0-24H)
Press the Strt/Puse button to being your cycle
To cncel the dely function, press the Dely button until the disply is bck to 0H.
The dely function should be ctivted before strting the progrm.
If the progrm hs lredy strted, turning o the mchine will reset the dely function.

Quick Start
QUICK START:
Follow the procedure below to operate your washing machine.
1. Instll your wshing mchine.
2. Turn on the wter supply.
3. Plug in the power supply.
4. Open the door nd lod in the lundry.
5. Close the mchine door.
6. Mesure the detergent nd pour in the pproprite mount.
7. Select the desired progrm.
8. Select ny dditionl functions if required.
9. Press the Strt/Puse button to begin.
10. Completion of the wshing cycle.
At the completion of  wsh progrm, the wshing mchine will mke n udible tone.
11. Turn o the wter supply
Although the wshing mchine would be switched o, the power
outlet should be switched o nd the plug should be pulled out for sfety resons.

PREPARATION BEFORE WASHING CLOTHES
Plese follow these steps crefully to void trouble with your wshing mchine nd dmging your clothing.
Wshing Considertions
New clothes in prticulr, cn lech colour onto other
clothing items, prticulrly whites.
Consider wshing these nd bright colours seprtely.
Stined clothing should be treted with  stin remover,
prior to wshing.
Temperture sensitive clothes should be wshed in
ccordnce with their cre direction lbel. Otherwise
distortion nd/or chnges in colour could occur.
Never llow wshing to sit in the mchine for  long
period of time- prticulrly when wet. Clothes cn
become mouldy nd develop n odour.
Certin clothing cnnot be wshed in  wshing
mchine nd their cre directions my stte dry
clening or hnd wshing required.
Wrinkle style clothes, embossed clothes, resin clothes,
etc my become distorted when immersed in wter.
Avoid wshing clothes without cre direction lbels
within the pplince, to be sfe.
Alwys remove ll items from clothing pockets, s hrd
items cn cuse dmge to the pplince.
Try to wsh clothing colours nd sizes in like lods,
s this will improve the eectiveness of the wshing
nd results.
Close ll clothing zips nd ensure ll buttons re
fstened securely.
Delicte items such s brs, hndkerchiefs nd ties
should be wshed within  specil wshing bg, to
prevent dmge to themselves nd other clothes.
When wshing  lrge single item tht could become
hevy (i.e.  towel or jcket), it cn cuse the pplince
to become unblnce during its spin cycle. Therefore its
recommended to dd one or two more clothing items to
help the mchine blnce.
Try to remove ny pet hir, dust nd stins from
clothing prior to wshing.
Bby clothing should be wshed seprtely.
Clothing tht gets esily “fuzzed” or loses bres esily,
should be wshed seprtely.
Blck clothing items should be wshed seprtely.
Do not wsh wterproof mterils within the
wshing mchine.
Py Attention to Detergents
Only use suitble front lod wshing mchine
detergents with this pplince. Powders nd liquid
detergents only.
Only ever use the recommended quntity of detergent,
s per the mnufcturers guidelines, s n excessive
quntity cn cuse excessive bubbles nd overow
to occur.
It cn lso result in detergent residue remining on the
clothing fter completion of the wsh cycle.
WARNING: Alwys keep detergents nd dditives out
of rech from children.
Clothing Clssictions
The symbol types on cre lbels re typiclly clssied
into the following textiles: Cotton, Blended Fiber, Synthetic
Fiber, Silk, Wool nd Articil Fiber.

Never lod the mchine with excessive weights, s it will
ect your wshing results.

WASHING CLOTHES FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before wshing ny clothes, plese perform one cycle
without clothes inside s follows:
Connect the power source nd wter.
Insert  smll mount of detergent into Comprtment II
of the detergent drwer nd close it.
Select  wshing progrm.
Press the “Strt/Puse” button on the pplince.
Allow the progrm to complete nd your wshing
mchine is now redy for use.
SELECTING A PROCEDURE
You should select you wshing progrm bsed on the type
of clothing, quntity nd dirtiness level, in combintion with
the following temperture tble.
Temperture Mode Appliction
90ºC Seriously soiled clothing, pure white cotton
(I.e. bed linen, towels, tble cloths, etc)
60ºC
Modertely soiled clothing, cotton nd
synthetic rticles with certin decolourising
degree (I.e. shirts, pjms, etc)
40ºC, 30ºC,
20ºC, Cold Wter Lightly soiled clothing, synthetics nd wool
To select  progrm:
First turn the Progrm Selection Dil to the
corresponding wsh progrm, ccording to the type
of textiles being wshed.
Secondly, select the desired temperture bsed on
the level of dirtiness.
Note: Generlly the higher the temperture, the more
power thts consumed.
Finlly, select your desired spin speed. The higher the
spin speed, the drier the textiles will be t completion,
however more delicte textiles will be more wrinkled.
Delicte textiles should be set with  lower spin speed.
Selecting the min wshing progrm depend on the types
of clothing to be wshed, s follows:
Cotton
To increse the wshing results, the min wshing time
is incresed. It is recommended for wshing clothes for
bbies or worn by the persons with skin llergies. It is
recommended for wshing durble cotton rticles, for
exmple: bed sheets, quilt covers, pillowcses, gowns,
underwer, etc.
Synthetic
The procedure is shorter compred with tht for cottons nd
the wshing intensity is reltively gentle. It is recommended
for wshing synthetic rticles, for exmple: shirts, cots, etc.
Bby Cre
Wshing the bby’s clothes, it cn mke the bby’s wer
clener nd mke the rinse performnce better to protect
the bby skin.
Jens
You cn select this procedure for wshing jens.
Mix
You cn select this procedure for wshing durble clothes,
tht typiclly require more wsh time nd intensity. It is
idel for ny “dily” clothing such s cotton, including
sheets, pillowcses, bthrobes nd underwer.
Colours
Suitble for wshing  lod of coloured lundry s the
cycle is done t  low temperture to ensure colours do not
run or fde.
Drin Only
A very short cycle to ensure the mchine is fully drined by
removing ny residul wter from  previous lod.
Spin Only
This procedure provides  spin only option. Residul sopy
wter shll be drined out before spinning.
Rinse  Spin
This procedure provides  short rinse cycle followed by 
spin cycle.

Wool
You cn select this procedure to wsh wool textiles
lbeled with “Mchine Wsh. Plese select the proper
wshing temperture ccording to the clothings cre lbel.
Furthermore, the proper detergent mount should be used
for wool textiles, which is generlly less thn norml
wsh lods.
Delicte
You cn select this procedure to wsh your delicte clothes.
Its wshing intensity is gentler nd spin speed is low
compred with the “Synthetic” procedure. It is recommended
for wshing ny rticles requiring  soft wsh.
Quick
You cn select this procedure for wshing  smll quntity
of clothing, where items re only lightly soiled.
Sportswer
You cn select this procedure for wshing sport nd
ctive-wer clothing.
Hndwsh
Select this cycle for clothes tht require hndwshing. With
very low temperture nd spin speed this cycle is suitble to
wsh very delicte items.
Cotton ECO
This procedure sves energy nd limits the wshing
temperture to 40°C or 60°C. Use with  smll quntity of
clothes which re only lightly dirty but it must stte tht this
progrm is for  normlly soiled lod.
My Cycle
The My Cycle function cn be used to dene nd sve your
fvourite drying progrm for esier selection in the future
(i.e. Use this function to sve your most frequently used
drying settings).
To set the My Cycle function:
Use the progrm selector dil to select your required
progrm nd select ny other drying functions.
Press nd hold the “Spin Speed” button for 3 seconds
until the disply shes, indicting tht your desired
progrm hs been sved.
To use your preset My Cycle, simply turn the progrm
selector dil to the My Cycle position nd press the
“Strt/Puse” button to begin.
If you wish to chnge your My Cycle settings, simply
repet the steps bove t ny time.

ADDITIONAL WASH OPTIONS
Prewsh Function
The Prewsh function dds n dditionl wsh prior to the
min wsh. Extr detergent should be plced in the
Pre-wsh detergent comprtment, lbeled with “I”.
Speed Wsh Function
Adding this function to your wsh progrm decreses the
wshing time.
To ctivte the Speed Wsh Function:
Select your desired wshing progrm.
Press the “Speed Wsh” button.
Press the “Strt/Puse” button to begin the progrm.
Extr Rinse Function
The lundry will undergo n extr rinse cycle t the
completion of the progrm.
Dely Function
The Dely function cn be set with this button, where the
dely is 0-24 Hrs.
To set the Dely function:
Select  wsh progrm;
Press the Dely button to choose the time;
Press Strt/Puse to commence the dely opertion.
To Cncel the Dely function:
Press the Dely button until the disply shows 0H. It
should be pressed prior to strting the progrm. If the
progrm hs lredy strted, press the On/O button
to reset.
Relod (Add  Grment) Function
This function cn be executed during opertion of 
wshing progrm. When the drum of the mchine is still in
motion nd/or there is  lrge mount of wter inside, the
mchine will not llow the door to be opened.
To use the Relod function:
Press nd hold the Strt/Puse button for 3 seconds.
Once the drum stops rotting, the door will unlock nd
llow you to open.
Add your dditionl clothing items nd close the door.

Child Lock
To void the wshing procedure being ltered by children,
you cn ctivte the child lock function. All buttons nd
dils won’t lter the mchines settings, however the On/O
button will still function.
Note:
If the mchine is switched o when Child Lock is ctive, it
will remin in Child Lock mode when switched bck on.
To ctivte or dectivte the Child Lock:
Press nd hold the “Rinse” nd “Pre Wsh” buttons
together t the sme time for 3 seconds, whilst the
mchine is operting.
The mchine will mke n udible tone to let you know
tht the Child Lock is ctivted or dectivted.
Note:
At the completion of  wsh progrm, the child lock will
become dectivted utomticlly.
Bubble Removl Function
When excessive detergent is used, excessive bubbles my
occur, eecting your wsh results. Your wshing mchine
will utomticlly check for excessive bubbles nd work to
remove them s required.
Muting the mchine (Signl function)
This function llows you to turn the udible tone on or o,
to indicte tht your wshing progrm is complete. By
defult the udible signl is set to On.
When the Signl function is on, your pplince will mke n
udible tone when:
The extr function buttons re pressed
(i.e. Speed Wsh, Anti-Crese).
If the wshing mchine is operting nd the progrm
selector knob is turned, the pplince will mke n
udible tone to lert the user tht n invlid choice
hs been mde.
At the completion of  wshing progrm, n udible
tone will sound.
To ctivte or dectivte the Signl function:
Press nd hold the “Extr Rinse” nd “Pre Wsh” buttons
together for 3 seconds.

Clening  Mintennce
CLEANING PROCEDURES
WARNING: Before beginning ny clening or mintennce,
lwys ensure the pplince is switched o, the power plug
is removed from the power outlet nd the wter supply hs
been closed.
CLEANING THE WASHING MACHINE EXTERIOR
Proper mintennce of your wshing mchine will keep it
looking s new nd extend its working life.
The exterior surfce cn be clened with household
cleners nd  soft dmp clening cloth.
If there is ny residul wter t the completion of  wshing
progrm, plese use  cloth to wipe it o immeditely.
Note: Never use solvents or hrsh clening chemicls on
your wshing mchines exterior.
CLEANING THE INTERNAL DRUM
Should ny rust form on the inside drum (i.e. wter ws
left to sit for n extended period of time), plese remove
immeditely using  chlorine free detergent. Never use
steel wool or  hrsh brsive.
FROZEN WASHING MACHINE
Should the temperture drop below zero nd your wshing
mchine becomes frozen, you should:
Disconnect the power supply for the wshing mchine.
Wsh the tp connection with wrm wter, to help you to
disconnect the inlet pipe.
Remove the inlet pipe nd immerse in wrm wter
(i.e. within  bthtub).
Pour some wrm wter into the wshing mchine drum nd
wit for pproximtely 10 minutes.
Reconnect the inlet pipe to the tp nd wshing mchine
nd open the wter supply.
Wit until the rooms mbient temperture returns to bove
0°C before trying to operte the wshing mchine.
CLEANING THE DETERGENT DRAWER
You should periodiclly follow these steps to ensure the
detergent drwer remins clen.
Press down on the rrow, locted on the cover for the fbric
softener comprtment of the detergent drwer.
Lift the clip up nd remove the fbric softener
comprtment cover.
Wsh ll grooves with wrm wter.
Re-instll the fbric softener comprtment cover
into the detergent drwer, nd push the drwer bck
into position.

CLEANING THE INLET FILTER
You should clen the inlet lter periodiclly, or if you nd
tht insucient wter is being supplied to your wshing
mchine when the supply tp is open.
To clen the inlet lter:
Close the wter supply tp.
Select ny wsh progrm (except for Spin Only or Drin
Only) nd press the Strt/Puse button. Allow the progrm
to run for bout 40 seconds.
Remove the inlet pipe from the closed tp nd use wter to
wsh the lter.
Reconnect the inlet pipe to the tp.
To clen the wshing mchine lter:
Screw o the inlet pipe from the rer of the
wshing mchine.
Pull out the lter with long nose pliers, wsh it thoroughly
with wter nd re-instll the lter.
Reconnect the inlet pipe to the rer of the wshing mchine.
Open the wter supply t the tp nd ensure there is no
wter lekge.
Once nished, close the wter supply tp.
Note: Generlly the tp inlet lter is wshed rst followed
by the wshing mchine lter. If only the wshing mchine
lter is wshed, then you should still follow steps 1-3 for
clening the inlet lter rst.
CLEANING THE DRUM PUMP FILTER
REMOVING FOREIGN OBJECTS
WARNING: To void the risk of n electric shock, lwys
remove the power plug from the power
outlet before clening the Drin Pump lter.
Periodiclly you should clen the drin pump lter to ensure
norml opertion of your wshing mchine. The type of
wshing, frequency nd soil level of your wshing cycles
will lter how often this procedure needs to be undertken,
however you should inspect the lter regulrly.
Should your wshing mchine not empty nd/or spin, or
your mchine mkes unusul noises during
opertion, your Drin Pump lter could be blocked. Follow
this procedure to check or remove ny foreign objects.
After disconnecting the power, open the lter cover t the
front bse of your wshing mchine.
Unscrew the lter in n nti-clockwise direction nd remove
ny foreign objects.
Re-instll the lter nd close the service pnel.
WARNING: Never remove the pump cover when the
wshing mchine is in opertion, lwys wit until the
pplince hs nished nd the is empty. There cn be hot
wter within the pump, so be creful to void burns, should
it hve operted recently. When replcing the cover, be
creful to ensure it is closed securely.
