Safety
WARNING: SAFETY RIDING RULES
The user must follow all safety rules and guidelines, or serious injury or death may
occur to the user.
Always use common sense and safe practices when using the vehicle. The user
must be at least
2 years old and weigh no more than 35 kg (77 lbs).
This product contains small parts that are for adult assembly only. Keep small
children away when assembling. Remove and dispose of all protective material
and plastic bags before assembly.
Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Standard 16 CFR 1203.
Only sit on the seat in the vehicle.
Do not allow more than one rider.
Do not overload the vehicle. Do not remove the weight restriction decals.
Do not pull the vehicle with another vehicle or similar device.
Keep body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing away from moving parts.
Moving parts can cause serious injury.
Always wear shoes in the vehicle.
Do not operate near streets or motor vehicles.
Do not operate near drop-offs such as steps, steep inclines or hills. Operate on
relatively level ground.
Do not operate in dangerous weather conditions such as rain or snow.
Always use the vehicle in a safe, secure environment with adult supervision.
PREVENT INJURIES AND DEATHS:
NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. ALWAYS keep child in view when child is in
vehicle. Direct adult supervision is REQUIRED.
NEVER use in roadways, near cars, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming
pools or other bodies of water.
ALWAYS wear shoes. ALWAYS sit on the seat. RISK OF FIRE. Do not bypass.
Remove batteries if product is to be left unsed for a long time ; Always replace the
whole set of batteries at one time , taking care not to mix old and new ones, or
batteries of different types.

Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead compound
(asic) chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, reproductive
harm, and are toxic and corrosive. DO NOT open the battery.
Contact exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause serious injury.
Immediately contact your doctor if exposure occurs. If the chemical is on the skin,
immediately give the person water or milk. Do not give water or milk if the person
is vomiting or has decreased alertness. Do not induce vomiting.

Charging Instructions
1. Ensure the car is stopped
and turned off. Turn the seat
lock to the unlock position
using a at head screwdriver
or coin. Remove the seat.
2. Unplug the red battery con-
nector from the red engine
connector.
3. Connect the red battery
connector to the red battery
charger connector and plug
into a 120V outlet.
Note: it is not necessary to
remove the battery for
charging. However if the bat-
tery does not reach the outlet,
then it can be removed for
charging.

Assemble the Front Wheels
1. To assemble the front wheels, remove the front axles from the packag-
ing, and locate the small washer and snap pin in the blister pack.
2. Slide the front axle into the front axle hole on the car body from the
inside to the outside.
3. Slide a washer, front wheel, and another washer onto the front axle.
4. Slide the snap pin into the hole on the axle until rmly attached.
5. Finally snap on the hub cap to complete front wheel assembly.
6. Repeat these steps for the remaining front wheel.

Assemble the Rear Wheels
Assemble the Left Rear Wheel:
1. Slide a small washer, rear wheel, and another small washer onto the rear
axle.
2. Insert a snap pin into the hole on the rear axle until it is rmly attached.
3.
Finally snap on the hub cap to complete the wheel assembly.
Assemble the Right Rear Wheel
1. Slide a small washer and inner wheel spacer onto the rear axle. The
larger side of the inner wheel spacer should face the rear wheel. Then slide
the rear wheel and another small washer onto the rear axle.
2. Insert a snap pin into the hole on the rear axle until it is rmly attached.
3.
Finally snap on the hub cap to complete the wheel assembly.

1. Take off the rubber stopper from the front fork underneath the
shown in the Step 1 photo above.
2. Insert the front drive wheel into the slots on the front fork.
3.The gearbox end with the washer and bolt slides into the rounded slot of the
fork. The gearbox end with the silver knob slides into the square slot of the fork.
The gearbox and front fork have color-coded arrows. Align the blue to blue
arrows and red to red arrows.
4.The front drive wheel will snap completely into place with the front fork when
properly inserted.
5.Connect the white connector from the front drive wheel into the white con-
nector coming from the car body.

Assemble the Rear Support Piece
1. To assemble the rear support piece, align the piece over the slot on the
bottom of the car body as shown above. Then push the plastic piece into
the slot until it clicks into place.

Assemble the Steering Wheel
1. To attach the steering wheel, straighten the front drive wheel by
having the narrow, long end of the motor facing forward.
2. Slide the steering wheel onto the steering rod, and align the holes on
the wheel with the holes on the steering rod.
3. Insert the screw through the hole on the steering wheel and axle, and
fasten with the steering wheel nut.
4. Use a screwdriver to tighten.

Assemble the Mirror
1. Insert the mirror into the slot on the left.

Connect the Battery
1. Rotate the seat lock on the seat to the unlock position and remove the
seat cover.
2. Connect the red battery connector to the red car connector. Ensure
that you have charged the battery before completing this step.

Operation Instructions
Steering Wheel
Pedal
Forward
1. The Food Truck does not have a power switch. Press on the foot pedal
to move. Release the foot pedal to stop.
2. The arrow on the steering wheel indicates direction.
3. The Food Truck uses Rollplay's EZ Steer Technology. This allows the
vehicle to turn in any direction. Simply turn the steering wheel to drive
forward, left, right, or reverse!

and out of the food truck.

1. To open the food truck kitchen, pull the ledge on the side of the food
truck (A) and rotate it to 90 degrees.
2. Turn the sign on top of the ordering counter to open it fully.
3. The cashier ledge (B) can be rotated down in order to place the play
cash register on top of it.
4. To collapse the play kitchen, fold up the cashier ledge (B). Then fold
over the top of the ordering counter. Align the holes on the ordering counter
with the notches on the food truck and snap the counter into place.
5. Do not drive the vehicle without folding the cashier ledge and ordering
counter into the closed positions.
Cashier Desk: The cashier desk can be rotated to 90 degree. When starts
the car, please rotate the cashier desk to 90 degree, to the vertical status.
When stop the car to play, just make the desk atwise and place the cashier
box on it. The cashier box can be taken off, so please take care of it to avoid
any missing.

Maintenance
Important Battery and Charger Information
Only an adult who has read and understands the safety warnings may
handle and operate the battery and battery charger. Keep away from
children.

Charge the battery for 24 hours before using the vehicle for the rst
Recharge the battery immediately after each use. Charge for at least
8-12 hours, but no more than 20 hours.
Charge the battery at least once a month, even if the vehicle is not used
or stored.
Never leave the battery in a discharged condition.
Connect the terminal of the battery and charger, then plug the charger
into a 120V AC outlet.
It is normal for the charger to heat slightly. If the charger rises above
71°C / 160°F, disconnect the charger and call Customer Service for
assistance.
Keep the charger away from water or excessive moisture to prevent
short-circuiting.
Only use the charger specied with the original item.
Do not charge the
battery with any other charger.
Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries with the original
charger.
Do not replace the battery with any other battery, or the warranty
will be voided.
If you need a replacement battery, see Page 2

Remove damaged batteries from the car immediately. Recycle or
dispose of the used batteries responsibly.
Do not short circuit the supply terminals.
Do not leave the battery connected in the vehicle for extended periods
of time when the vehicle is not being used. Disconnect the battery
connector from the engine connector before storing.
The vehicle is equipped with a thermal fuse to protect the electric
circuit. If the vehicle cuts out, turn the vehicle off and on to reset.

General Care
Regularly inspect all vehicle parts to ensure they are in good working
condition.
Regularly inspect the charger, cord, plug, and other related parts for
damage.
Remove any damaged parts and immediately contact Customer Service
for replacement parts. See Service information on Page 24.
DO NOT operate the vehicle if there are any damaged parts.
Carefully clean the vehicle with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not
get water in or near any electrical parts. Do not wash the vehicle with a
hose.
Store the vehicle indoors or use a tarp to cover it. Keep away from
stoves, heaters, or other sources of heat.
