prevent damage to vehicle, personal injury or death in the event of an accident.
STEP 1: REMOVE
1) Remove the front plastic frame/stabilizer bar cover. (Fig 1)
2) Remove front bumper hardware and tow hooks (if equipped). (Fig 2)
3) Remove the front (only) stabilizer mounting bolt. (Fig 2)
STEP 2: INSTALL
Install winch plate using the supplied hardware.
NOTE:(TJ) 4- ½ x 1 ½ bolts (Torque to 75 ft. lbs)
(YJ) 4- ½ x 1 ½ bolts (Torque to 75 ft. lbs)
TOOLS REQUIRED:
18mm Wrench & Socket
Flat Screwdriver or Panel clip pliers
Phillips Screwdriver
HARDWARE INCLUDED:
A. (2)10 x 50 mm Bolt
B. (2)10 x 25 mm Bolt
C. (2)12 x 40 mm Hex Head Bolt
D. (4)10 mm Lock Washer
E. (2)12 mm Lock Washer
F. (2)10 mm Flat Washer
G. (2)12 mm Flat Washer
H. (2)10 x 1.5 Lock Nut
I. (2)¾” Spacer
J. (4)½”-13 x 1 ½ “ Bolt
K. (4)½” Flat Washer
L. (4) ½” Lock Washer
