Battery: CR2032 (included) Note: Do not dispose of

this product or batteries in fire, as batteries inside this

product may explode or leak. Remove the battery if

the product will not be used for a long period of time.

Auto Shut-Off: After 5 minutes if no change in

temperature unless feature is set to 'DISABLE'

Response Time: 1 second

Battery Replacement

1. Pull back silicone stopper while looking at back of

thermometer head, to reveal screw.

2. Remove screw from casing.

3. Pull case apart.

4. Slide old battery out of the compartment.

5. Put in new battery with '+' sign showing.

6. Replace thermometer head, screw and silicone

stopper.

General Operation

Auto Shut-Off Feature

1. Press 0n / Off button to turn on.

2. Press ºF/ºC button to select temperature scale.

3. Insert the thermometer into the bottle of wine to

check the temperature.

4. Leave probe in liquid until display stabilizes.

5. Clean by hand. Do Not completely immerse

thermometer in water.

This thermometer has been designed to allow a user to

'DISABLE' and 'ENABLE' the Auto Shut-Off feature. To

change between settings press and hold the 'On/Off'

button for 3 seconds until either 'DISABLE' or 'ENABLE'

is displayed on the screen. After thermometer is turned

off it will recall the last setting unless the battery is

removed.
