Empfehlungen:
Hier ist ein verdrilltes, geschirmtes Aderpaar der Art
LIYCY zu benutzen. In einer verrauschten Umgebung
oder bei einem langen Netz mit zahlreichen COUNTIS-
Zählern, wird der Einsatz eines verdrillten, geschirmten
Aderpaars mit Gesamtabschirmung der Art LIYCY-CY
empfohlen.
Bei Überschreitung eines Abstands von 1200m und/
oder einer Anzahl von 64 COUNTIS-Zählern, ist der
Anschluss eines (1-Weg) Leistungsverstärkers oder
einer (2-Wege) Funkenstrecke zwingend, um den
zusätzlichen Anschluss eines COUNTIS -Zählers
mit Kommunikationsschnittstelle über mehr als
1200m zu ermöglichen.

KOMMUNIKATION ÜBER JBUS/MODBUS
Recommendations:
An LIYCY type shielded twisted pair must be used. In
an environment with interference or on a long network
with a large number of COUNTIS, we recommend
using a shielded twisted pair with general LIYCY-CY
shielding.
If the distance is greater than 1200m and /or there
are more than 64 COUNTIS, a repeater (1 channel) or
a spark arrester (2 channels) must be connected to
enable the connection of additional COUNTIS with
communication interface over more than 1200m.

Important:
It is essential to connect a resistance of 120 Ohms
to the 2ends of the connection; this can be found in
the product packaging. Other solutions are available
(modem, bre optic, etc.); please ask for details.
