Stepbystepinstructions
Beforeassemblingyourcycle,makesurethatyouhavealltheaboveparts.The
followingstepsexplainhowtoassembleyourexercisecycle.Pleasereadeverystep
thoroughly,andfollowthedirectionscompletelytoensurecorrectassembly.
1.Makesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfromthecycleframe.
2.Placethecycleonalevel,flatsurface.
3.Placetheendofthecycleframeovertherearcrosstubesupport.
Attachthecycleframetotherearcrosstubesupportusingtwobolts,twospring
washersandtwoflatwashersoneachside.Makesurethatthefrontandrear
legssitflatonthefloorbeforetighteningtheboltssecurely(seeFig.1).
4.Attachthehandlebarmountingplatetothecycleframe,usingfourbolts,four
springwashersandfourflatwashers.Tightenthefourboltssecurely(seeFig.2).

5.Inserttheuprightpostintothecycleframe,usingtwobolts,twospringwashers,
twoflatwashersoneachside.Thentightentheboltssecurely(seeFig.3).

6.Attachtheuprightpostcovertothefrontofcycle,usingtwoPhillipsscrews,one
foreachside(seeFig.4).
7.Attachthefootpedalstothecrankarmsonthecycle.Becarefultoinstallthe
pedalsonthecorrectcrankarm.Useacombinationwrenchtotightenthepedals
securely(seeFig.5)..
A"R"or"L"onthefootpedalindicatesthecorrectside.Installthepedalmarked
"R"ontheright-handcrankarm(asyoustandattherearofthecyclefacing
front).Whenyouinstallthepedalonthelefthandcrankarm,rotatethepedal
counterclockwisetotightensincethepedalhasleft-handscrewthreads.

washersfromunderneaththeseat(seeFig.6).
Tomovetheseatsupportupordown,pullontheseatadjustmentknobfor
adjustingtoyourdesiredposition.

feetoratthefrontofcycle.Raiseorlowerthefloorleveladjustmenttosteadyyour

Theelectronicspackageletsyoucontrolyourworkout.Itisdesignedforsafelyand
easytouse.YoumaysimplypresstheEnter/Modekeyatanytimeandfollowthe
scrolledmessage.IfyoudonotpressEnter/Modetoenteryourselection,after5
secondsthedisplaywillremindyouwith"PRESSENTER".Thisremindercontinues
toscrollacrossthedisplayevery5secondsuntilEnter/Modepressed.

andchoosingKilowillautomaticallyselectkilogramsintheweight
calculation.
2.Toenteryourweight,waituntil"EnterWeight"scrollsacrossthescreen.
Thenumberswillstartateither"130LB"or"60KG".Usethetosetthe
desiredweight.
Therangeofthedisplayisfrom50LBto250LB,or22KGto114KG.
Onceyouhavesetthedesiredweight,press"Enter/Mode".Thiswillallowtheunit
tocalculatecalorieexpenditure.
Yourselectionisretainedinmemoryevenwhentheunitisturnedoff,or
unplugged.Youmayreprogramyourselectionbyrepeatingthesesteps.

YoucanusetheEnter/ModekeytoswitchtoLEVEL(orWATTS),PACER/RPM,
DISTANCE,CAL.,TIME,SCANorPULSE.Usethekeystosetthedesiredload,
TIMEorDISTANCE.
(Whateachofthesecategoriesmeans):
SCAN:Pressingthe"SCAN"keywillresultinthedisplayalternatingbetweenMode
readoutsevery4seconds.
TIME:TherangeavailableinTIMEmodeis00:00-99:59minutes.Usetheor
keytosetthedesiredtime.
Theelectronicspackagewillbeepfor10secondswhenyourdesiredtimeis
reached,thenwillstarttocountupifyourworkoutcontinues.
CAL:Thisreadoutgivesyoutheamountofcaloriesburnedperminute,basedon
theweightenteredanddistance/loadridden.

1.IfyouturnonthePOWERswitchandtheswitchisnotlit:
a.Checkifthepowercordispluggedsecurelyintothewallsocket.
b.Aftertheabovestepperformed,ifthepowerswitchisstillnotlit,replaceanew
fuse.
Makesuretounplugthepowercordfromthewallsocketbefore
replacingthefuse.
Findthe1Afuseholderonthefrontofthemachine,pushonthefuseholderandturn
thefuseholdercounterclockwisetoremovethedamagedfuse(seeFig.9-1~9-2)
Insertanewfuseintotheholder.Pushthefuseandholderin,andthenturn
