Stepbystepinstructions
Beforeassemblingyourcycle,makesurethatyouhavealltheaboveparts.The
followingstepsexplainhowtoassembleyourexercisecycle.Pleasereadeverystep
thoroughly,andfollowthedirectionscompletelytoensurecorrectassembly.
1.Makesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfromthecycleframe.
2.Placethecycleonalevel,flatsurface.
3.Placetheendofthecycleframeovertherearcrosstubesupport.
Attachthecycleframetotherearcrosstubesupportusingtwobolts,twospring
washersandtwoflatwashersoneachside.Makesurethatthefrontandrear
legssitflatonthefloorbeforetighteningtheboltssecurely(seeFig.1).
4.Attachthehandlebarmountingplatetothecycleframe,usingfourbolts,four
springwashersandfourflatwashers.Tightenthefourboltssecurely(seeFig.2).

7.Attachthefootpedalstothecrankarmsonthecycle.Becarefultoinstallthe
pedalsonthecorrectcrankarm.Useacombinationwrenchtotightenthepedals
securely(seeFig.5)..
A"R"or"L"onthefootpedalindicatesthecorrectside.Installthepedalmarked
"R"ontheright-handcrankarm(asyoustandattherearofthecyclefacing
front).Whenyouinstallthepedalonthelefthandcrankarm,rotatethepedal
counterclockwisetotightensincethepedalhasleft-handscrewthreads.
