As
you
start
out to experience some of the happiest driving moments of your
life, may
we
offer two suggestions
that
will
make the miles ahead thoroughly
enjoyable and completely trouble-free.
First, let us recommend
that
you spare a
few
minutes to read this manual
carefully. Have the driving members
of
your family
go
through
it
too,
so
that
everyone benefits from the many safety, convenience and performance features
of your
new car.
Second,
see
your authorized dealer regularly for Certified Car Care--Service
that
Saves. This plan provides all the service, and only the service, your car
needs . . . and assures you continuing new-car performance even after many
thousands of miles. You
will
find the Certified Car Care book, accompanying
your Operating Instructions, a valuable source for maintenance information.
And remember, your authorized dealer has a genuine interest
in
protecting
the investment you have made in your new car. His aim
is
your complete
satisfaction,
that's
why his up-to-the-minute facilities include factory-trained
technicians, modern equipment and factory-engineered
MoPar parts.
We're sure your new car
will
live up to your greatest expectations, especially
when you call on your authorized Dealer regularly. He'll be happy to
see
you,
and serve you,
at
any time.

Stamped
on these tags is an identifying

which you should record so
that
you can order duplicate
keys from your dealer or a reputable locksmith in

the
tags should
be
destroyed.
R LOC Use
the

key
with notches upward and turn toward
front of car, then back
to
vertical position. Lock
by
turning
key toward rear of car, then back
to vertical.
U ADJUST E T

The
first
thing
you
may
want
to
do
after
getting

to
adjust
the

to
your

The
adjusting
lever
at
the
bottom
of
the
driver's
side of
the front seat releases the seat so you can slide
it
forward
or
backward
to
the
position
that's
best
for you.
It
will lock
in
the new position when you release the lever.
NOTE:
Further
adjustment
can be made
by
your
Dealer, see page 15.

an
optional Six-Way

,
the

the
driver's
side of
the

can
be
turned
to

the
seat,
or
pushed
to
move
it
forward, back, up, or down. The seat
