General Safety Information
To reduce the risk of short circuit, please place the unit in a dry area.
To reduce the risk of burns, do not touch the surface of the pump while
operating.
Do not handle the pump or motor with wet hands.
Check the hose for weak or worn areas and the pumps oil level before each
use.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn off motor before any maintenance
and trouble shooting.
Please ensure the water source is turned on before operation, or the pump
will be damaged. Never run the pump without water.
While operating the pump, please supervise the safety of children.

General Safety Information
!ATTENTION
Read the manual and safety precautions before using this misting fan.
Please make sure the misting fan is properly grounded.
While operating the misting fan, please supervise the safety of children.
To reduce the risk of short circuit, please place the misting fan in a dry place.
Please empty the water from the tank when not in use.
!WARNINGS
The electrical power supply voltage and frequency must match that specified on the
misting fan.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn off the motor before any maintenance and
troubleshooting.
The unit must not be run without water. Lack of water will cause serious damage to
the pump.
!DANGEROUS
To reduce the risk of burns, do not touch the surface of the pump while operating.
It is highly risky to use the misting fan without the ground-fault circuit-interrupter
(GFCI); this device is provided to avoid the risk of electric shock.
For safety concerns, please disconnect the plug of the misting fan from the power
supply when not in use.
Do not handle the pump or motor with wet hands.
Do not operate the misting fan in the rain or during thunderstorms.

Instructions
A. Before Operation
1. Make sure to fill the pump with the oil that has been provided to you before
turning on the unit. Failure to add oil to the pump will result in damage to the
pump and void the warranty of this unit.

2. Make sure that the pump is firmly installed and the connectors are tightened
properly.
3. Before operating the motor, turn on the water source and check whether the
suction hose is connected to the pump properly. Discharge redundant air inside
the pump.
4. The waters pressure should be at least 50 PSI.
5. Make sure the diameter of the suction hose is 3/4 inch.
6. Make sure the diameter of any extension cords used is larger than 18AWG.
B. Maintenance
1. Change the oil when the pump has been used for the first 30~50 hours.
2. After the initial oil change, replace the oil after every 100~200 hours of
operation.
3. Use #30~40 oil, add 70 cc each time.
C. Troubleshooting
1. UNSTABLE WORKING PRESSURE
(a) Check whether the suction hose is leaking, clogged or afloat.
(b) Drain out the redundant air by disconnecting the outlet hose.
(c) Check the valve assembly to see if it is clogged or damaged.(1)
2. INSUFFICIENT PRESSURE
(a) Check to see if the packing, waterproof seal(3) and valve assembly(1) are
damaged.
(b) Check to see if the pressure valve and regulating spring are worn out.(2)
3. LEAKAGE
(a) Check the U-Packing, waterproof seal and piston. Replace them if
necessary.(3)

4. UNUSUAL NOISE
(a) Check the piston and oil. Replace them if necessary.
(b) Check the waters pressure.
(c) Check whether the nozzles are clogged.

!ATTENTION
Please do not change the oil immediately after using the misting fan. The oil will be hot
and might cause personal injury. Wait at least 30 minutes before changing the oil.
TURNING OFF THE MISTING FAN & STORAGE
If the misting fan will not be used for a long period of time, please follow these
instructions.
1. Turn off the water supply and take off the suction hose.
2. Open the drain plug at the bottom of the water tank to release the water out. Clean
the filters (1) (2).
3. Press the air release valve to exhaust the air from the pump. Press to eliminate
the water frm the pump and hose. Pump will stop due to the duration of alarm
without water is 15 seconds. If water still remains, please unplug the power and plug
again to repeat this step.
4. Turn off the timer to stop spraying. Switch the fan speed knob to 0 to stop the fan.
5. Unplug the power cable from the socket.
6. Store the unit in a cool dry place away from hazardous conditions.

A. Before Operation
1. Lock the casters to prevent the misting fan from accidentally moving.
2. Make sure the fan brake is released before moving.
3. Make sure the fan is connected secured securely to hhe unit and adjust the fan height.
4. Fasten the water hose to the inlet socket on the water tank.
5. Connect the nozzles to the misting ring tigjtly to prevent leaking.
6. Use only clean water and check that there is sufficient water in the tank.
7. Check that the power cable is connected to a power supply of the correct voltage and
frequency.
8. Set the running and stop times on the timer and adjust the fan angle and speed.
(For more information on setting the timer, please see Digital Timer Instructions,
Page 36.)
9. Constantly push the air release valve for 15 seconds when running the pump for the
fist time, when restarting the pump after it has run out of water, or after a long period
without use.
!ATTENTION:
Make sure the length of the cable is longer than 10 meters and the diameter of extension
cords used is larger than 18AWG.
B. Filling the water tank
1. Donot fill water over the water float or the water might splash out and cause
malfunction.
2. Do not take the water filter away while filling the water to the tank.
3. Keep motor and electrical devices in dry conditions while adding the water to the
tank.
C. After Operation
1. Press OFF for 5 seconds to stop the misting pump.
2. Stop the fan and turn off the water supply.
3. Open the drain cap on the bottom to empty the tank.
