Familiarise yourself with the appliance before connecting it to the gas cylinder.

GENERAL WARNINGS
• It may be hazardous to attempt to t other types of gas cylinders
or cartridges.
• This appliance must only be serviced by an authorised service
agent, return to place of purchase for service & repair.
• This appliance is to be stored in a dry and well ventilated location
free from direct sunlight. Do not store connected to the gas
cylinder. Make sure that the gas cylinder is disconnected and
is stored in a well ventilated area, free from direct sunlight, heat
and ignition sources. If being stored indoors, ensure that the
location complies with the standard ASINZS1596.
• This appliance is designed for LPG.
• This appliance may only be used with the regulator supplied with
the appliance and can be connected to a POL cylinder.
DANGER!
• This appliance is designed for outdoor use only and must be
operated away from any ammable material and/or surface.
• During operation all surfaces will be extremely hot and should not
be touched or handled.
• Do not use the appliance if it has a leak, worn, deteriorated or
damaged seals.
• Handle with care even after brief use.
• Use only in well ventilated areas.

• Do not use adapters or modify appliance to t other connectors or
cylinders.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when
appliance is in use.
• Never leave appliance unattended when operating.
• Use as a cooking appliance only, not to be used as a heater or
modied for any other purpose.
• Avoid boil over & spills on to burners.
CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD
• USING THIS APPLIANCE IN AN ENCLOSED SPACE MAY CAUSE
DEATH. DO NOT USE IN CARAVANS, TENTS, MARINE CRAFT, CARS,
MOBILE HOMES OR SIMILAR LOCATIONS.
• Keep away from children at all times.
• Surfaces of the appliance will become hot during operation.
Please take care when handling or moving the appliance.
• Appliance is to be used on a stable, level, non-ammable
surface. The appliance should be protected from direct drafts and
in a well ventilated place.
• Take care that the primary air intakes, located on the burner tube
of this appliance are not obstructed, or that air ow is restricted
by placing items or other appliances close to or adjacent to the
inlets.
• If you smell gas immediately turn the gas off at the cylinder and
move the appliance & cylinder to a well ventilated area outside,
keeping well away from sources of heat such as naked ames &
pilot lights.
• Do not attempt to move or relocate the appliance when it is
operating. Extinguish the burner & allow to cool. Disengage the
gas cylinder then move the appliance.
CHECKING FOR GAS LEAKS
• Check that all connections are tight and that the gas cylinder
connection has been tightened before you turn the cylinder gas
valve on.
• NEVER check for leaks with a ame or pilot light.
• Using soapy water to coat all connections. If bubbles appear turn
the cylinder gas control off and re-tighten the connection before
re-testing.
• Inspect the appliance regularly for signs of wear, leaks or incorrect
operation.
If symptoms such as aring of the burners, issues with lighting,
damage to hoses or connections or leaks from seals or gas
controls are identied, do not attempt to repair. Return to your
authorised stockist for service & maintenance.
• To check if gas remains in the cylinder, disconnect from the
appliance and hold the cylinder in a vertical position then shake
from side to side. Identify if there is a sound or feel of liquid
movement inside the cylinder contains gas.
• When changing gas cylinders ensure this is conducted outside in
a well ventilated location free from people, animals & ignition
sources such as naked ames, pilot lights & electrical equipment
with heaters or elements.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must only be used in
an above ground open air situation
with natural ventilation, where gas
leakage is rapidly dispersed by wind
and natural convection. Any enclosure
in which the appliance is used should
comply with one of the following:
(A) An enclosure with walls on
all sides, but with no overhead cover.
(B) Within a partial enclosure that
includes an overhead cover and no
more than two walls.
(C) Within a partial enclosure that
includes an overhead cover and more
than two walls, the following must
apply:
(I) At least 25% of the total wall area is
completely open.
(2) 30% or more in total of the
remaining wall side, back and front
wall areas is open and unrestricted.
(3) In the case of balconies, 20%
or more of the total wall area must
remain open and unrestricted.

COMPONENTS LIST
ASSEMBLING THE PIZZA OVEN
NOTE: Screw driver will be required to install the door support and
front door cover.
1. Unpack the carton, take out all components, and remove all
packaging.
WARNING: The bag is not a toy. To avoid danger of
suffocation, keep out of reach of babies and
children.
2. Assemble the thermometer as follows:
Remove the nut from the bottom of the thermometer. Install the
thermometer through the hole in the top as shown. Attach nut from
inside and tighten.
3. Assemble the front door support as follows:
Make sure the bracket on the back of the support pushes all the
way down on the front edge of the oven. Install screws through the
bracket to x the support.
3. Put the pizza stone on the rack.
4. Install the knob, and turn it to OFF position.
5. Assemble the front door cover as follows:
NOTE: The screws that are used to install the handle are assembled
in factory as per diagram above. Please remove the screws rst,
then assemble the handle.

GAS CONNECTION
Type I: Low pressure regulator with exible hose
• Before you assemble the regulator, please check the gas type and
pressure shown on the gas cylinder, and make sure the
information on the regulator and cylinder corresponds.
• The hose connecting the appliance and gas cylinder is required,
and the max length should not exceed 1.5m.
• Do not twist or kink the exible hose after use, turn the
gas cylinder valve off, wait for the ame to go out, then turn the
appliance control valve(s) off.
NOTICE:
• Only use the hose assembly as supplied with this appliance for
connection to the cylinder - DO NOT USE ADAPTORS.
ASSEMBLY:
1. There is one 5/8-18UNF thread that located at the rear body of the
pizza oven for gas connection.
2. Connect the female thread of the regulator to
gas inlet of pizza oven. Tighten connection by
turning the female connector clockwise
2. Connect the male thread of the regulator to
gas cylinder. Tighten connection by turning the
male connector counter clockwise.
WARNING: Close both gas cylinder and pizza oven valve before
connecting them by the regulator.
DISASSEMBLING THE REGULATOR
Disassemble both ends of regulator from gas cylinder and pizza oven
as reverse operation of assembly.
LIGHTING OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:
Do not lean over the oven while lighting.
1. Remove all appliances from the oven to create a free ow of air.
2. Keep the oven door cover open. Do not attempt to light the oven
with the cover closed.
3. Push the button and turn it anti-clockwise. The piezo ignition will
light the burner directly.
NOTE: Try the above process several times until you light the burner.
If you can’t light it rst time there may be some air in the
burner and gas tube.
4. You can view the ame to make sure the
burner is lighted.
5. Adjust the controls to the desired position.
Notice: If the ame is accidentally extinguished, turn the knob to
OFF and wait a few minutes before attempting to ignite.
BURNER FLAME CHECK
Light the burner and rotate knob from HIGH to LOW. You should see a
smaller ame in LOW position than on HIGH.
Always check ame prior to each use. A good ame should be blue
with minimal yellow tip. Some yellow tips on ames are acceptable
as long as no carbon or soot deposits appear.
WARNING
Take care that the openings at side and rear of the appliance are
not obstructed, or that air ow is not restricted by placing items
or other appliances close to, or adjacent to openings. Do not build
this appliance into a cavity or enclosure.

OPERATION
Pre-heat the oven
1. Light the burner, checking the gas has ignited. Put the front door
cover on the support.
2. Turn dial onto max position for about 5 to 10 minutes until it is at
230
o
C.
BAKING PIZZA
WARNlNG:
1. The oven body is very hot, keep children away.
2. Never touch the oven body while operating.
1. Turn the dial to min ame position.
2. Wear gloves to remove the front door cover.
3. Using a pizza peel (not included) put the fresh pizza into the oven.
4. In 2-5 minutes the pizza should be cooked.
SHUT OFF THE PIZZA OVEN
To shut off valve, turn the knob clockwise to OFF position.
Clean and store the pizza oven
WARNING: The oven will be very hot after use, never touch,
move or clean immediately after cooking.
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
Correct care and maintenance will keep your appliance operating
smoothly. Clean regularly as determined by the amount of use.
NOTE: Clean the entire appliance each year and tighten all hardware
on a regular basis (1-2 times a year or more depending on usage).
Cleaning should be done where detergents won’t harm patio, lawn
or similar. Keep appliance area clear and free from combustible
materials. Keep the ventilation opening(s) of the cylinder enclosure
free and clear from debris.
TECHNICAL DATA
WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants oven components (except paint and
nish) to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for
2 years from the date of purchase. Within these periods, the
manufacturer will replace or repair defective parts deemed unusable
from its original intent by making available the parts.
Product external nish is not warranted. The exterior nish of the
product will wear down over time.
Clean the unit after each use to maintain the nish and prolong the
life of your product. Wipe away all grease and ashes. Keep metal
products free of moisture, salts, acids.
Warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage caused
by misuse, abuse, overheating and alteration. Repairs or alterations
made by anyone other than an authorised repair agent are not
covered in this warranty. Manufacturer will not be held liable for
any losses due to neglectful operation. Furthermore, this warranty
does not cover damaged caused by natural disasters such as
earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, oods, lightning, res, etc.
Upon the expiration of this warranty all such liability will terminate.
No other warranties are expressed or implied. Keep all original sales
dockets.
Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty services. Prior
written approval and a Return Authorisation must be obtained and
accepted for repair or replacement only.
