PRODUCT USE
*The Action Mini Stepper is designed to provide a healthy fitness workout while in the comfort of
your home. It is also a very compact unit and will take up substantially less space than larger
fitness equipment items, and can be stored easily when not in use.
*The Action mini stepper is an excellent training device, providing strengthening and toning to the
lower and upper leg muscles, gluteal muscles and the abdominals.
*Sturdy athletic Footwear should always be worn when using your Action mini stepper.
*Begin Training by placing one leg on the lower of the two stepper footplates. Raise second leg
onto the second stepper plate and commence the stepping motion.
*The mini stepper allows for a reasonable stride length. Once the lower foot reaches the bottom
point of the stride, push downwards on the opposite foot. The force distribution wheel will cause
one stepper plate to rise while the opposite stepper plate lowers.
*Continue stepping action for the duration of the exercise.
*Increasing the speed of the transition between the up and down motion on each leg will lead to a
higher rate of cardio vascular activity.
*Care should be taken and a low level of exertion and speed should be maintained when
first familiarizing yourself with exercising on your stepper unit.
