WARNINGS

CONVERT VOLTAGE.
If you are using a single-voltage 110/120V
appliance, you will need either a converter
or transformer.
Both outlets on adapter can be used for any
2-prong plug dual voltage item. One outlet
will accommodate 3-prong plugs.
The only 3-prong items used in this outlet
should be dual voltagelaptop computer
power supplies and other similar type
external power supplies.Other types of
3-prong plug items without external power
supplies should not be used.

In some countries, you may encounter a
recessed outlet or other types of wall outlets.
This set of adapter plugs will fit most outlets
found worldwide. Be sure the dual voltage
selector switch, when provided with your
appliance, is in the correct voltage position
before operating.

When using your travel adapter plugs,
basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.
2. DO NOT use these adapter plugs with
products containing screw-base lampholders
(sockets) or convenience receptacles.
3. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A VOLTAGE
CONVERTER. Check the markings on each
appliance and use these adapter plugs only
with appliances rated for both 120 and 240
volts. Use with appliances rated only 120
volts may result in a risk of fire, electric
shock, injury to persons, or damage to
the appliance.
4. Be sure the dual-voltage selector switch,
when provided with your appliance, is in the
correct voltage position before operating.
Before plugging in, read the information
about dual-voltage operation contained in
these instructions and in the instructions
provided with each appliance to be used
with these adapter plugs.
5. Always attach the adapter plug to the plug
of the appliance first, then insert the adapter
plug into the outlet.
6. Always disconnect the adapter plug and
the appliance from the electrical outlet
when not in use.

DUAL-VOLTAGE OPERATION
Adapter plugs are for use with dual-voltage
appliances (110/220V), converters, or
transformers. Always attach the adapter plug
to the plug of the appliance first, then insert
the adapter plug into the outlet. If you are
using a converter or transformer, plug the
converter or transformer into the adapter
plug and then plug your single-voltage
appliance into the converter or transformer.

For Australia and New Zealand, use the
North/South America plug and swivel each

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Conair will repair or replace (at our option)
your unit free of charge for 12 months from
the date of purchase if the appliance is
defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty,
return the defective product to the service
center listed on back, together with your
purchase receipt and $5.00 for postage
and handling. California residents need only
provide proof of purchase and should call
1-800-3-CONAIR for shipping instructions.
In the absence of a purchase receipt, the
warranty period shall be 12 months from
the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS,
OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED
IN DURATION TO THE 12-MONTH DURATION
OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR
ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY
