1.1 General
About this service bulletin (Info-T 768)
This service bulletin is meant to inform the customer which procedure has to be followed
when refilling the liquid cooling circuit of the DP90, DP100, DP-1500, DP-2000 & DP-3000
digital projector series.
If the liquid cooling circuit is not maintained correctly as described in the procedures out-
lined by Barco, the digital projector could overheat and unexpectedly shut down during an
event. Futhermore, an overheated projector may lead to irreversible damage of the DMD’s,
DMD sealing rubbers, Peltier elements, Integration rod and pump.
How often should the liquid cooling circuit be refilled?
The liquid cooling circuit has to be refilled annually.
Where can I find the refilling procedures for my product?
Barco has made a document per product chassis with all the required procedures for refill-
ing the liquid cooling of the Barco digital projector. These documents can be downloaded
from the secured Barco web site h

search engine to find and download the correct refilling procedures or look for the tooling kit
R395198K (Cooling liquid refill & calibratio
n kit) in the list of spare parts of your product.
