WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
• Do not touch live electrical parts.
• Turn Off welding power source, and disconnect
input power before inspecting or installing.
FILINGS AND TOOLS HITTING INSIDE
PARTS can damage unit.
• Disconnect input power and remove cover from
welder before drilling any holes.
• Be sure mounting hardware will not touch parts
inside welder.

For S-60 series, install stand-offs (3) in holes labeled A, and secure
feeder base with four 10-24 x 5/8 in screws and washers.
For D-60 series, install stand-offs (3) in holes labeled C, and secure
feeder base with four 10-24 x 5/8 in screws and washers.
For 50 series, install stand-offs (3) in holes labeled A, and secure
feeder base with four 10-24 x 1 in screws and washers.
For 20 series, install stand-offs (3) in holes labeled B, and remove
two rear feet from feeder base before securing base with three
10-24 x 5/8 in screws and washers.
For 10 and 30 series, mark and drill four 7/32 in (6 mm) holes in
feeder base matching the holes labeled A, and install stand-offs (3).
Secure feeder base with 10-24 x 1 in screws and washers.
