S.Z5277.IPI BLOWER KIT

for Clarity CL2118 IPI (Intermittent Pilot Ignition)

(S.CL2118.IPI)

The optional blower kit can be controlled with the wall mounted transmitter.

The blower speed can be adjusted through six (6) speeds. To control the

blower press the MODE key on the wall mount transmitter to index to the

blower control icon. Use UP/DOWN arrow keys to turn on, oﬀ , or adjust the

blower speed. A single beep from the IFC control will conﬁ rm the command

has been received.

NOTE: ENSURE THE APPLIANCE IS TURNED OFF AND AT ROOM

TEMPERATURE BEFORE INSTALLATION.

OPTIONAL S.Z5277.IPI BLOWER CONNECTION

1. If attached, lift face frame and safety screen up

and out, away from the appliance, and set it aside.

2. Slide label plates out and set to the side.

3. Remove the IFC control box from the velcro and

bring to front right hand side of the appliance.

4. Slide blower through left-hand side to the back of

appliance. Slide wires beneath the valve. Ensure

wires do not get pinched or hooked anywhere.

5. Slide the blower along the back wall until it reaches

the stop ﬂ ange, then feed the blower wires

underneath the gas supply to the front as shown.

6. Plug green blower connector into the IFC control

box.

7. Re-install the IFC control box onto velcro.

NOTE: ENSURE ALL WIRES ARE CLEAR OF

BLOWER BLADES.

8. Slide label plates back between the IFC control and

battery holder.

9. Re-hang safety screen and face frame if applicable.
