Adjustable wrench or pliers.

Steps

Step 1

Insert wood holder tops into wood holder base.

Step 2

Insert carrier top into carrier base.

Step 3

Insert axle into carrier base.

Step 4

Attach wheels to axle using 2 sets of nuts, washers, and

spacers.

Note: Do not over tighten nuts. Wheels must be free to

spin.

CAUTION: Keep this product clean by using a damp

cloth. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, as it will cause

parts to tarnish.
