• Do not carry more than 2 bikes on the carrier.
• The bike rack is not intended for transporting humans or animals.
• If you are planning to load only one bike, it is recommended to place it in the position closest to the vehicle.
• All bikes must be secured with the buckle pull belt and holder, which must both must be tightened before operating
the vehicle.
• Make sure the front of the bike(s), when mounted, are at or above the bottom of the bumper to avoid damage to
the bike(s).
• Do not carry flammable items on the bike rack.
• The bike rack is designed to carry non-motorized bikes only.
• During long trips, check the straps and bike position, especially if traveling on rough terrain.
• Please do not make alterations to the product, as it can pose potential hazards to your safety.
• Failure to heed these warnings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
• To prevent serious injury or death, inspect the bike rack for any signs of wear, corrosion and fatigue before each use.
Do not use the bicycle rack if parts are bent, broken, deformed or missing. Remove it from your vehicle before use.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: A 4mm Allen Wrench (not included) is recommended for assembly.
STEP 1：Insert the Z-Type Connecting Tube (1) into the U-Shaped Main Frame (2) as shown below. Make sure
to align the holes.

STEP 2：Thread the M10 x 55 Bolt (3) through the Z-Type Connecting Tube (1) and the U-Shaped main frame
(2). Secure it with a M10 locknut (4). Install the Hand-Wheel Assembly (5) onto the U-Shaped Main Frame (2).

STEP 3：Align the U-Tube assemblies (6) with the holes on the U-Shaped Main Frame (2) and insert them.

STEP 4：Fasten the U-Tube assemblies (6) to U-Shaped Main Frame (2) with M6x20 Bolts (7), φ6 Spring
Washers (8) and φ6 Flat Washers (9). Tighten the bolts.

STEP 5：Align the Adjusting Rods (12) with the holes on the U-Shaped Main Frame (2). Attach the rods to the
frame with M8x55 Bolts (10) and M8 Lock Nuts (11).

STEP 6：Attach one Holder (13) to each Adjusting Rod (12), and the reflector (20) is installed on the U-shaped
main frame.

FOR VEHICLES WITH 2” RECEIVERS
An Adapter (17) is needed to complete the installation process. Place the adapter on the passenger side of the Z-Type
Connecting Tube (1), making sure to align the holes. Keep the holes aligned as you insert the Adapter (17) and Z-Type
Connecting Tube (1) into the vehicle’s receiver and align the receiver tube’s holes with the holes on the bike carrier.
Place a φ 1/2″ Spring Washer (15) and φ1/2″ Flat Washer (16) on the outside of the receiver tube, aligning the holes
with the holes in the receiver tube. Insert the φ1/2″ Bolt (14) through the φ 1/2″ Spring Washer (15), φ1/2″ Flat Washer
(16), receiver tube, Adapter (17) and Z-Type Connecting Tube (1). Secure the assembly with a Cotter Pin (18).

Use the strap (19) to tie the
wheel to the thickest tube.
The front tire
needs to be
compressed.
FOR VEHICLES WITH 1.25” RECEIVERS
No adapter is needed. Insert the Z-Type Connecting Tube (1) into the vehicle’s receiver and align the receiver tube’s
holes with the holes on the bike carrier. Place a φ 1/2″ Spring Washer (15) and φ1/2″ Flat Washer (16) on the outside of
the receiver tube, aligning the holes with the holes in the receiver tube. Insert the φ1/2″ Bolt (14) through the φ 1/2″
Spring Washer (15), φ1/2″ Flat Washer (16), receiver tube and Z-Type Connecting Tube (1). Secure the assembly with a
Cotter Pin (18). (Refer to the diagram on the previous page, but disregard Part 17).
STEP 8：Place the bicycle on the product, inserting one tire into each U-Tube Assembly (6). Press the plastic
button in the middle of the Holder (13) to adjust the holder’s position so that it compresses the bicycle’s front
tire. Secure the tires with the Buckle Pull Belt (19), ensuring the pull belt goes around the U-Tube Assembly
and through the spokes of the bicycle rim. Tighten the belt.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Remarque: une clé Allen de 4 mm (non incluse) est recommandée pour l'assemblage.
ÉTAPE 1: Insérez le tube de raccordement de type Z (1) dans le cadre principal en forme de U (2) comme
indiqué ci-dessous. Assurez-vous d'aligner les trous.

ÉTAPE 2: Vissez le boulon M10 x 55 (3) à travers le tube de raccordement de type Z (1) et le cadre principal
en forme de U (2). Fixez-le avec un contre-écrou M10 (4). Installez l'ensemble volant (5) sur le cadre principal
en forme de U (2).

ÉTAPE 3：Alignez les assemblages de tubes en U (6) avec les trous sur le cadre principal en forme de U (2) et
insérez-les.

ÉTAPE 4：Fixez les assemblages de tubes en U (6) au cadre principal en forme de U (2) avec des
boulons M6x20 (7), des rondelles élastiques φ6 (8) et des rondelles plates φ6 (9). Serrer les boulons.

ÉTAPE 5：Alignez les tiges de réglage (12) avec les trous sur le cadre principal en forme de U (2). Fixez les tiges
au cadre avec des boulons M8x55 (10) et des contre-écrous M8 (11).

ÉTAPE 6：Fixez un support (13) à chaque tige de réglage (12) et le réflecteur (20) est installé sur le cadre
principal en forme de U.
