STEPS TAKEN TO AVOID ANY FUTURE ISSUE:

1. Twenty units pulled from stock to test operation and structural integrity.

2. All packaging undamaged and in acceptable condition. All units come in double line internal and

external shipping box, with secure foam padding on top and bottom of unit. Unit is very well packaged

and passes fall test of up to two feet drop

3. All units show no structural damage, all parts and accessories are included. Unit structural

housing is metal and structurally sound

4. Checked all internal components and wiring, All wiring intact with standard grade soldering

joints, and all components are securely mounted to avoid physical shock damage or degradation from

time or vibration.

5. Plugged included heavy duty three conductor electric cable into standard 120 volt AC outlet,

tested component power up, also switched unit to 240 volt AC and plugged into standard European AC

outlet. All functions powered up.

6. Units lights up, and powers external speakers, all front panel knobs, buttons, and rear panel

inputs work.

7. While in each AC electric state, we tested all features. AUX in, Audio Input, Audio Output and

Mic inputs, USB, SD and Bluetooth

8. All functions operated within acceptable parameters, Unit passes QC on all tested packaging,

structural integrity, internal components and audio performance

9. Units where left operating for 24 hours without failure or technical error. All units pass QC
