and sugar nto the coffee-makng pot.

at 4-37°C 80% relatve humdty.
•Due to the manufacturng technology, steam
and odour may arse n the heatng element of
the applance durng the ntal use. Ths s nor-
mal. They wll dsappear after a few cycles.
WARNING: When makng coffee, do not move
the applance and do not remove the coffee-
makng pot.

•The coffee-makng pot and the heatng surfa-
ces get hot durng use. For ths reason, do not
contact the heatng surface or the pot durng
and after use (untl t cools down).
•WARNING: When makng coffee, there mght be
some hot steam over the pot. Avod contactng
these areas to prevent the effects of the hot
steam.
•Avod contactng hot surfaces and hold the pot
only by handle.
•Ensure that the applance s swtched off be-
fore movng t.
•The base (black glass surface) on whch the cof-
fee-makng pot s placed gets hot durng ope-
raton. Therefore, do not touch ths area whle
usng and untl the applance gets cold.
•Ths applance should be connected to a max-
mum 30 mA domestc fault current protecton
fuse for addtonal protecton.

•Use the applance wth a grounded plug.
•If the supply cable s damaged, mmedately
stop usng t to prevent any danger and have t
replaced by the manufacturer, servce agent or

cord.

1.4 Plug Wrng
The moulded plug on ths applan-
ce ncorporates a 13 A fuse. Should
the fuse need to be replaced an
ASTA approved BS1362 fuse of
the same ratng must be used. Do
not forget to reft the fuse cover. In
the event of losng the fuse cover,
the plug must not to be used untl
a replacement fuse cover has been
ftted. Colour of the replacement
fuse cover must be the same colo-
ur as that vsble on the pn face of
the plug Fuse covers are avalabe
from any good electrcal store.

As the colours of the wres n
the mans lead of ths applance
may not correspond wth the co-
loured markngs dentfyng the
termnals on your plug, proceed
as follows:
Brown cable = L (Lve)
Blue cable = N (Neutral)
Green/yellow cable must be con-
nected to ground (E) lne
Wth the alternatve plugs a 13 A
fuse must be ftted ether n the
plug or adaptore or n the man
fuse box. If n doubt contact a
qualfed electrcan.

2.1 Intal use
Read the whole user manual before usng the product.
Make sure that the devce s straght and balanced on a flat, clean, dry and
non-slp surface.
Place the product vertcally
on a flat, clean and dry sur-
face.
Slghtly pull the coffee-ma-
kng pot (15) out of ts slot.
Wash the water tank (10) and
the coffee makng pot (15) by
hand and dry them.
To obtan a tasty coffee, make sure that the nsde of the coffee-
makng pot (15) s dry and clean.
Make sure that there are no water drops underneath the coffee-
makng pot (15) when preparng coffee. Otherwse, an annoyng
nose wll be heard when the water drops get nto contact wth
the hot base.

Insert the plug (11) n the wall-
socket. Swtch the On/Off
button (12) to On (I) poston
- All buttons on the control
panel (1) wll turn whte.
Open the cover of the wa-
ter tank. Holdng the hand-
le, slghtly pull t up to remove.
Fll the water tank (10) up
to a level between mn. and
max. levels. Close the cover
agan and re-nstall t.
If you want, you can also fll the water tank (10) wthout comp-
letely removng t. Repeat the same process after the applance
gves a water depleted warnng (5).
To fll the pump and water system wth water and
bleed the ar out of the system:

Place the coffee-makng pot
nto the left compartment he-
atng surface (14). Press the
left compartment coffee-ma-
kng button for 3 servngs (2).
Once the water pumpng pro-
cess s over, press and hold
the same button for 3 se-
conds to end the coffee-ma-
kng process.
Take the coffee-makng pot
(15) and dran the water n t
down the snk.

Ths way, proper operaton of the pump n the applance s ensured.
WARNING:
Repeat ths process also after you remove/
place the water tank from/nto ts place and before brewng
coffee.
To adjust the water amount accordng to the sze cup:
Small cup for one servng 60 ml on average.
Medum cup for one servng 70 ml on average.
Large cup for one servng 80 ml on average.

Place the coffee-makng pot
(15) nto the left compart-
ment heatng surface (14).
Press the left compartment
coffee-makng button for 1
servng (4).
Once the water pumpng pro-
cess s over, press and hold
the same button for 3 se-
conds to end the coffee-ma-
kng process and dran the
water nsde the coffee-ma-
kng pot (15) nto your cup.
If the water you have poured
into your cup is too little
or too much, press the cup
size adjustment button to
set it to small, medium or
large (9). You can press the
cup size adjustment button
(9) to switch between lev-
el. Once the LED of the de-
sired cup size turns on, end
the process.
The cup sze LED wll show the level to whch the product s set.
Repeat the water amount adjustng process when you change
