OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS See page 4 - 5
Locate the pre-filter inside the box and install before initial
operation. For further details see the pictures on page 5 under
filter cleaning/replacing. Allow the unit to operate at HIGH
speed for a few seconds before changing the setting.
If the unit is placed on light coloured carpeting, a small mat
or rug should be used to prevent any permanent staining of
carpeting. This is particularly important in homes with heavier
contamination from smoking or fireplaces.

FILTER CLEANING INDICATOR
The filter cleaning indicator serves as a guideline for when to
clean or replace the filters. Depending on your individual use
you may need to clean or replace more or less frequently. For
further details see page 5 under filter cleaning/replacing.
The HEPA filter should be cleaned / replaced every x months.
The pre-filter should be replaced every 3 months.
FILTER RESET BUTTON
Once the filter has been cleaned or replaced it is necessary to
press the reset button for 10 seconds until the light turns off
(fig. 8).
CLEANING THE HEPA FILTER
It is important to never use water to clean your HEPA filter.
Follow the instructions on page 5 to remove the filters from
the unit (fig. 2).
Remove the pre-filter and discard (fig. 3).
Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the hepa filter (fig. 4). Do not
penetrate the HEPA paper pleats with the vacuum cleaner as
tearing or puncturing can occur.
Replace with a new pre-filter after cleaning the HEPA filter
(fig. 5).
The filter may be discoloured even after cleaning but this does
not affect the cleaning performance.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
We recommend that you clean the air purifier at least once
a month and before extended storage. Use only a dry cloth
to wipe the external surfaces of the air purifier. DO NOT USE
WATER, WAX POLISH, OR ANY CHEMICAL SOLUTION.
If you store your Air Purifier for more than 30 days, we
recommend:
Removing both the HEPA filter and the pre-filter from the
unit.
Discard the pre-filter.
Wrap the HEPA filter in an air-tight plastic bag or plastic
wrap. Be sure that the filter is totally sealed.
